It's the Gamescom trailer, but shorter... Not new in any sense of the word.
Xb1 is doing fine in the US, sales wise. It's the rest of the world they need to worry about.
It's pretty much guess and check for software with VGC. If you think their Hardware numbers are iffy, their software is even worse.
Does anyone else get a Kingdom Hearts vibe from this? Outside the ending part where the iconic FF melody plays, of course.
@Donthat
This update is great. Sony delivers, just not in a timely fashion. Background music, Themes/wallpapers, Youtube, and SharePlay all should have been available day1.
The last major firmware update was back in March, when Infamous Second Son launched... "Sooner than expected" wouldn't be the phrase I would use. This update is more than overdue. Better late than never, I suppose.
It's there for me. U.S ps store also has a Namco sale going on as well.
Nothing wrong with 3rd party support. If Wii U had some it would be doing fine WW. And if 3ds hadn't lost so much, it would be dominating in the same fashion as other Nintendo handhelds.
Anyways SCEJ could never match the output of Nintendo in Japan. Playstation is a 3rd party platform in there: Persona, Disgaea, Guilty Gear, Tales, DQ etc... The last quality game SCEJ put out was Pupeteer.
Got my eye on Full Burst and the Tales Combo Pack. 3 quality games for under 20$ sounds like a deal to me. Especially when bought separately, it would be close to nearing 100$
I personally think Sony, themselves, underestimate LBP3... They are more focused in Far Cry, GTA, and Destiny
Yup, the struggle of trying to manage space with a 20,40, or 60GB launch PS3. Only made worse by the terrible download speeds and slow PSN... We really take a lot of things for granted this generation.
This. If I hadnt given my brother my PS3, I would still play U3 regularly. Just south of 100k kills, and 35k deaths myself ;)
Famitsu readers have nice taste in games.
@Spenok
Sony has had plenty of 3rd party exclusives. Bloodborne, and Persona being the most recent high profile ones. 3rd party doesnt necessarily mean multiple platforms. The PS2's library is a great example of this.
It was premiered during one of the most anticipated NFL games: the Broncos/49ers game that Peyton Manning would break the all-time touchdown passing record! Strategic commercial placement by Sony lol.
Sony's always been tight with their 3rd parties. It's arguably one of the main reasons to own a Playstation.
LittleBig Planet 3 gets no love :(
The perfect family friendly game for the holidays.
It will probably get its own push pre-launch but still...
Anyways nice commercial.
Well, it remains to be seen how widespread the marketing will be. Will NA, EU, and Japan get some kind of marketing push? Will all regions receive a bundle like Destiny (Pushed 300k bundled consoles in Sept in NA alone). The game has a nice sized market. It's just up to Sony to make us want it.
Nope, PS4 is available in around 100 countries. They announced that back at Gamescom along with the 10m sell through figure. But that still doesn't excuse the fact that XB1 isn't outselling PS4 in the countries they're both in.
