Man, my blood is boiling for scale bound. I can't wait to see it in action.
Wow, that's massive.
Map Size 1.16 Square Miles.
On two disc that possible, but not on one disc.
Edit: The Demo I saw had massive amounts of animation sequences in FFVX. Not to mention, the amount musical scores it will have. Not having that music tracks in FF will fall short of being like the originals FF game. Oh, the car is a giver in the game b/c defeat the point to have it in the game if all you can do is make short pit stops here a...
Diversity? 1886 characters and story are appealing and fresh, but the actual game play was more of the same cliche. And don't say the graphics in 1886 is something new b/c it really isn't. Maybe for consoles, but not for PC's.
Everything I've experience so far in 1886 had all the right elements for a good film, but lack hard on the gaming side of things.
Right on, We knew what this game was trying to be almost from day one. It was obvious to everyone when R@D released a game play demo.
Personally speaking, I think R@D wasn't entirely focused on what was more important to having a well balanced game. Game play vs graphics.
Wow, I'm really surprised the wii U couldn't hold up against the ps3 frame rate wise.
I agree 4 is pretty low. I hope blood borne doesn't suffer the same fate.
Indeed, you can have it all on low budgeted systems.
And, of course, Current gen hardware does have some dictatorship on how a game turn out to be.
Is a game really short??
That is a hard call to make b/c
People Opinion are at times very hard to depict who is right, and who is wrong.
We're both are right in a sense, if you based it on each person Opinion.
Personally, I want a game to be worth the amount of money I paid for it.
But this article isn't about one persons opinion on whether a game is short or not. So we have to judge from a collective opinions...
I'm exciting for the next gear game b/c DX12 is going too make it shine.
Nothing is ever 100% intentional. Some of it is, and some of it not. You'd be amazed how much stuff get thrown out or edited. That normally happens to just about every entertainment business out there.
One thing that is for sure, there are many variable as to why this happens. Lack of experience, overly ambitions, ran out of budget money, meeting deadlines, etc.
In the case of R@D, I'd say its a combination of several things as to why 1886 turned out t...
wanted to go back to one of my commit, and I can't find it. anyways please read. a lot of what I said is in there, especially about the part that R@D is a young team.

@The fro
Right on. Like Reggie once said, "its all about the game"
Like I have said before, "1886 was a love letter to the movie industry"
http://www.gamercenteronlin...
From the article.
“These younger game creators, they want to be recognized,” Miyamoto said.
R@D is a young team. I think R@D, "bite off more than they can chew"
@blakstarz
what I didn't like about 1886 ok. Honestly, I didn't get to play a lot of 1886 as of yet. So, I'll do my best to explain why I didn't like 1886 very much.
Firt off, I didn't like the game play mechanic in some part of the game b/c it seems like the action button weren't precisely timed with action moves which feels awkward. I'm use to playing a game that react the moment I press the button.
Another is, 1886 seem...
Yeah, it annoys me. Its doesn't feel natural at all. They look like a bunch of magician.
However, I do agree that FFXV looks good.
Thank you for telling me about Aganos. So far, I like what I'm hearing. I think I might have to get me an x1 real soon. This and scale bound has got me wanting an x1.
Seems like MS is picking up the pace.
I don't like how the weapon keeps disappear and reappear in Final Fantasy XV.
Not only does it seem they're optimizing the hell out of Final Fantasy XV, they're taking their time adding in some unique animation sequences to the creatures. The way the creatures behaves/react are incredible. Its almost feels like they're alive. The run animation for the characters are just as appealing as the graphics.
This game is going to be a masterpiece. The Japanese devs are setting the bar high for other devs to follow.
Aganos is definitely a unique characters. creating and using terrain? what it is used for and what do you customize?
Oh yeah, that's what I'm taking about. Those guys at Platinum sure know how to make a game action-packed.
MS was very smart to pick these guys b/c they're one of the known devs that have mastered their craft.
