Im still not that excited for it. I will give credit to COD 4 because I was able to join the clan Im part of because of it. But I quit playing that game a long time ago because I just got tired of the gameplay. MW2 doesnt look like something Id have fun playing because to me it just looks too much like the first game. The new stuff is all well and good but Im more into tactical and team based games now.
Sales wise it will do well. I dont see it doing that great in reviews though. It has new stuff sure but the game itself is bascially the same thing people are playing now.

For many people its not about whether you can afford it or not. It simply has to do with principles. For me a big principle is not paying for something that is free somewhere else. Gaming online with other people is free on both PC and PS3. Of course PC has been free for as long as there has been gaming online. I kind of expected this score. Not because its coming from PTOM but because I expected the game to just be that good. Glad to know I wasnt wrong. Or maybe I should say glad to know i was wrong. Until I played the beta back in June of the MP and Co-Op I didnt think Uncharted 2 should have any of that added on to the Single Player. But after playing it and now after seeing these scores come out I can say i was wrong for every doubting ND on that part.
I didnt preorder this game from Gamestop so I didnt get a code. But at least I got to play the beta back in June and Ill get in some time after the 29th when it releases for everyone. There are a few reasons why I dont own a 360 and Live is a big reason why. I dont agree with having to pay to play a game online. Especially if that game already comes with the MP built in. Granted Live has some features PSN doesnt have but Im more interested in actually playing online and dont worry about what features I may not have. I know some will disagree with me and call me cheap but if cheap means not being duped into buying half a game then thats fine with me.
I just hope that all these trophies work like the first game and unlock in-game bonuses. According to the PS Blog they have ad campaigns ready for both Uncharted 2 and the new R&C. With R&C coming out after Uncharted 2 that does leave plenty of time for them to advertise and get some good sales for both of them. I for one howvere am definitely getting Uncharted 2 in Oct. Exactly. I was surprised to hear how they had to find ways to fit everything on a Blu ray disc but again they are making it so their is no install for the game itself. They could have saved a lot of room had they made it install but this just shows how good the people working at Naughty Dog are.

Well Sony does have a special group inside ND that do nothing but work on engine tech for the PS3. I expect on this particular run they maxed out what they can do. However that doesnt mean that new tech wont come out that pushes it further in a different direction.

Insomniac actually heard the people wanting more difficulty and listened to what the gamers had to say. They actually said you will be able to choose what difficulty you want to play the game at from the start so it will finally appeal to gamers of all skill levels.
Actualy they did say this time around they would allow people to choose what difficulty they wanted to play. Insomniac actually listened to their fans and added this because so many people wanted it in TOD.
