Why are you even talking about ND as if they are separate from Sony? Naughty Dog is a 1st party studio completely owned by Sony so of course its Sony's money that funds their games. Also Uncharted has sold over 2 million copies and is bound to see some more sales when people get curious about the 1st game when they pick up the second. Anyway your logic fails because you have no facts to back them up.
I think Bungie would have released the game months ago if it had been up to them. Also they arent in charge of when the reviews come out so its not really fair to mention them in conjunction with that. MS however well we can talk crap about them because they are the ones who wanted a rushed expansion made they could sit on for months. Also they are the ones who put out the embargo. It was my understanding that they have ODST reviewed but cant release it until Sat. I think MS put a embargo on the reviews so ODST will sell on the name Halo alone. If their were some less than stellar reviews to come out well before the game is sold some people might rethink their purchase. However we are seeing so many reviews for Uncharted 2 come out early to generate even more hype for what is definitely an outstanding game.
MS just announced their new flagship game. Its called Halo Sales. But instead of shooting things you have to look at websites and see who can post the fastest about how well the game is selling. The more sites you infest and the more crap you sling gets you higher scores and more achievements. However in order to fully utilize this game you now have to pay 100 dollars for their new Live Sales service*.

As much as I enjoyed MGS 4 i think Uncharted 2 when i comes out will take the top as the best PS3 exclusive. I cant think of any game so far this gen that adds so much to a series that got started with an already incredible game by itself.

I got the download just fine and played a few games tonight. Granted it took 3 hours to download the update this afternoon. Ive been in the beta since the first wave and well Im glad we are having these issues now. Hopefully by having issues during the beta will make things smoother for the full game. People just need to remember the beta is meant to have just these types of issues.
I actually did make a comment like that back in Jan on gametrailers.com However all i said was that Uncharted 2 was the type of game that didnt need MP. After playing the beta all I can say is thank you ND for proving me wrong. Im still mind blown at how good it is and all the sutff they have crammed into the game. Anyway Ill be buying Uncharted 2 on day one and Ill be spending quite sometime with the MP and Co-Op.
Well sicne I dont have the Uncharted demo Ill be on Mag tonight. I must say if I had the choice right now though Id rather play Uncharted 2 MP. Anyway I really am suprised at how much stuff ND is giving us with this game and also just how well done it is. You have got to remember while this is their second game on the PS3 its their first for having MP on the PS3. Anyway I cant wait to get my hands on the full game and I do hope it at least gets some nominations for GOTY.
Even if you have it you still have to download the 2.6 mb update. I had the beat since it started and I couldnt get the latest update until today. There servers werent up at all to do anything yesterday. Still its a beta and its not like this is the only day it will be running so i dont know why the guy who wrote the "article" is complaining.

Well it did something for me. Just makes me that much sure its not going to be a game Ill get into. This "New" mode called Demolition is just Search And Destory with respawn. Basically just taking what was actually a great mode to play due to having to use some teamwork and tactics and making it into another fragfest.
I use to love Search And Destroy as well and I havent seen gameplay of that mode for MW 2 yet. They do have gameplay footage of Demolition mode on the Highrise map. Its basically S&D but with respawn which just again leads to the annoying repetitive frag fest that COD 4 became.
Actually Sony has owned ND since 2000. Unlike Insomniac who chose to stay independent, ND actually accepted Sony's offer to buy them. Still they do seem to have a lot of autonomy when it comes to what they work on and how long it takes them to make a game. Anyway we really need to get out and buy this game to insure the hardworking folks at ND get paid some extra money this year. I know Ill be picking it up on day one.
