yeah the shield and sword thing made me think of 300 for some reason. The control possible with those motion controllers is insane. Whats better is if people already own a PSEye they dont need to buy a new camera. Just give me the controls and some great games and Ill be sold.
Warhawk is avaiable on disc as well as PSN. but yeah Sony has been doing this already with SOCOM, Warhawk, and Burnout Paradise. Im surprised sony hasnt been getting more third parties to release their games that way though. anyway good for MS to finally be embracing DD more but it might just be a means to make more money on HDD sales. As it stands I like Sony's way of doing it. Let the customer buy any 2.5in SATA Hdd and use that in their system. i started with a 60gb but have 250gbs now.

As long as its not too expensive when it comes out and they give me some way to convert my UMDs to the internal memory on it then Ill buy one. Other than that Im happy with my PSP 2000. i do have a few games I still havent bought yet for it and am waiting till after the Sony conference tomorrow to try to pick up any new games.
I have easily sat there and played it for hours on end as well. It wasnt just one more mission keeping me going either. Sometimes it was ok Ill get one more blast shard or just me trying out new combos and moves. I beat it on Hard as Good Cole after buying it on tuesday and now Im playing through it again as evil.
Prototype does look ok. Ok meaning that it may be fun to buy later on when its not 60 bucks. I still get a bad Hulk UD vibe from the game and unless the story is mindblowing good I dont expect Id play it through more than once. I have a PSP 2000 so Im considering getting this if they announce a way to download my UMD games to the PSP Go without rebuying them. Also if the price point is over 200 bucks I wont be buying this when it comes out. No consumer in their right mind would buy it if it was priced that high. If Sony wants this to suceed then they will price it aggressively to be a contender to the DSi. Sony might take a hit on hit but because its DD only means they could make up any money lost on games sold.
When i first heard about and saw stuff for this game I was intrigued. I actually considered picking it up at some point. Guess if I ever do it wont be till its like 10 dollars somewhere. Then again I probably wont waste money on it to rent it.

A price cut for the PS3 wouldnt help me at all since I already own 2. But it would be nice for them to announce one for those that are on the fence about it. Well I got my wife really into playing games more than when she had growing up on the PS2. She liked games like Ratchet And Clank and The Sly Cooper series among a few others. This gen she got into COD 4 and W@W and plays those more than any other games. I got tired of sharign the one PS3 we had so we ended up buying her one. My kids are also into gaming some but I do regulate how much they can play.
I never played Indigo Prophecy so I have no refrence for what this studio can do. That being said Heavy Rain looks amazing. Not just the graphics itself but just from what Ive been reading and hearing about it. It will definitely be a game that pushes what people think of as a video game. Ill probably be picking this up because I like games from all different types of genres.
That was pretty cool. Now why doesnt Sony do more to promote the PS Eye. Maybe Kojima is making a new game that utilizes it somehow. That would be amazing.

Good review from 1up. inFAMOUS is a very solid game for Sucker Punch's first time out on the PS3. Its definitely not perfect but very few games are. Anyway I cant wait to get this game. The 26th cannot get here fast enough.
Out of all the shows I think Sony did the most to give something to gamers. MS is not giving people the exclusive new IPS people are asking for. instead they show multiplatform titles trying to pass them off as if they are exclusive.
