You sony fanboys are funny.. a month ago you guys were proclaiming how LBP along will help boost the sales of the PS3 over the 360 but now its not because its a new IP? LoL! I dont know what the sales figure was for the first Gears but I know it sold a lot more than LBP and that was a new IP.. Whats your excuse now?

Gotta give props to sony for how much they have done to PSN and keeping it free. The updates that made the service at least comparable to XBL have been great for a free service. Its good for PS3 owners but bad for Sony.. As i've always said it might be free for PS3 owners but somebody still has to pay the engineers, programmers, servers, bandwidth etc etc to keep PSN improving. I dont think MS made this to be a system seller. Gamers buy consoles to play games not to play with the User Interface. Gamers dont care about Miis/Avatars or Home. They care about games..

I'm actually pretty impressed with Gears 2.. They did a lot of improving with the gameplay and adding on many features like Horde and the party system. Its kind of hard to argue with PS3 fans who say MGS4 was disappointing. Sounds like 360 fans isn't missing much for now.

No matter how you Sony fans look at it the PS3 this gen was like the Xbox last gen. Even though the Xbox was more powerfull than the PS2 third party devs didn't take full advantage of it. What was the point when they knew the PS2 was their moneymaker. Same thing this gen but this time opposite. The PS3 is more powerful and has better potential than the 360 but the fact the 360 has a larger install base mostly made up of GAMERS then whats the point of taking full advantage of the PS3s powers w...

Sweet! These games are dropping in value as fast as the PS3 dropped its value!

I expect the price for the 360s to stay like this for about a year and half. Early next year M$ will announce the slim 360s and we'll probably drop the price spring or fall 2010 and expect the Xbox 720 in fall 2011.

All I said was how the PS3 has mandatory installs.. How are the great games going to retract my statement when that statement is true and we'll stay that way untill faster Blu Ray drives are put in the PS3.
