I assume Akama is just messing around, judging from his/her forum posts.
I would say that even Super Smash Bros. Brawl is more anticipated than Mario Galaxy.
I wonder if most ppl on Xbox Live have a Gold membership or not. If so, there's that added monthly cost as well.
Is this really that big of a deal? Can't you just start the transfer and then go to bed? Or better yet, go outside and play sports or something.
I'm so excited about this game. Q2 2007?! =)
I feel sorry for those who judge a book by its cover. Everyone knows that Sonic on the PS3 and 360 looks better than Sonic on the Genesis, but guess which console has the superior Sonic game.
Isn't Home similar to Second Life? That would make it not innovative.
That list got me more excited about Assassin's Creed, but a lot LESS excited about Mass Effect. Virtual conversation just doesn't sound intriguing to me. Can't wait to see Spore too.
Seeing as how all of those games you listed have entirely different styles of gameplay, I'd say, "A lot."
Am I too old to be the only one who thought of the 80's singer when I read this headline?
Makes me wonder what huge releases Nintendo has left for 2008. A new Zelda? A new Mario Paint? Hmm...
Shigeru Miyamoto's videogame philosophy, which greatly influences that of Nintendo, is that games should be able to be enjoyed by all audiences. They don't want to exclude a particular demographic from a game by including adult themes, nor do they feel that the inclusion of adult themes necessarily adds value to games. Therefore, I don't feel that Nintendo targets children just because they don't publish a lot of mature-rated games.
And IF Nintendo were specifically targettin...
I just hope the game's name is changed to something a little bit more "catching." "Gundam Double-O Seven Nine" just doesn't excite me for some reason.
I'd love to see the PS3 become more successful because being only one of three major consoles on the market right now, its success will only drive the game industry as a whole forward. Sony will not let the PS3 fall too far behind the competition, just as Nintendo and MS will not let their respective consoles fall too far behind. Sony just needs more time. Lower-cost production methods and parts, wider acceptance of BluRay, and an ever-increasing game library will all help the PS3 become m...
PaRappa the Rapper is an amazing game. PSP owners should rejoice.
Or perhaps it's because you're a teenage male going through that phase in which you feel that you're "too cool" to play games that don't involve shooting or racing fast cars. I've been there before.
I personally don't know a Wii-owning juvenile whose parents don't also play the Wii. By far most Wii-owners I know as well as those I know who want a Wii but don't own one yet, are adults.
I don't own a PS3 nor do I plan on buying one, but I'm confident that PS3 sales will increase as more games are released. I'd like the PS3 game library to grow to a size comparable to that of the 360's so the race between the two consoles really gets heated, and that will no doubt benefit consumers. Competition is always good for consumers.
Hmmm.... source story says posted on April 1st, 2007...
Keep in mind that this is supposed to be strictly a gaming showdown, so non-gaming tasks shouldn't have a bearing on the results.
I think game dialogue would be a lot less cheesy if more games made use of dialogue. Granted, there are a lot more games nowadays that include dialogue but I think if dialogue use was more commonplace in videogames, the standards would be higher and game dialogue in general would be of higher quality.
