one of the remaining booties better belong to Chun Li.
Maybe I should submit that as news as well...
Man, I've been wanting Jin Kazama's pants since Tekken 3! Graphically, they keep looking more and more comfortable. But Hwoarang's jeans-chaps combo still leaves me questioning Namco's creative decisions...
Having both an eye and taste for eye-candy, it's obvious why you would not like the Wii. I think that these traits of yours also skews your generalization of gaming demographics.
I myself am an adult and just purchased a DS 3 weeks ago. I chose the DS over the PSP because it can make use of a stylus (which allows for gameplay that simply cannot be done on the PSP or any older handheld), has better battery life, has better hardware design (this is just my opinion, as I think t...
Agreed, MaxDirtBike is free and is far superior to so many console games.
Perhaps members w/ fewer bubbles should have less of an impact on other ppls' bubbles. For example, it would take more negative feedback from ppl w/ only 1 bubble to lower someone's bubble count than it would from ppl w/ 3 bubbles. Or maybe it could take twice as many 1-bubble users as 2-bubble users to lower or raise a particular user's bubble count. Hopefully I'm explaining this well enough.
The idea here is that those w/ more bubbles got those bubbles because they've made...
lol, PS3 Fan is ignored by 14 users. Prime example of fanboy troll, and one who adds zero value to n4g and perhaps humanity as a whole.
The time is now to stop trying to cash in on ports and bring something original to the table.
Agreeing/disagreeing should NOT reload the entire page. Use AJAX to do asynchronous postbacks so that bubble, agree, and disagree tallies can be updated w/out causing the entire page to reload. I very rarely agree/disagree because it's a hassle to find where I was on the page before it reloaded.
The number of units shipped is the same as the number of units sold?
Totally agree. Back when I was an avid Gamepro reader, the Funfactor rating was the one to hold the most weight for me. I based a lot of wise game-buying decisions solely on that Funfactor rating. Nowadays, everyone is so obsessed w/ graphics and being "nextgen" (which is the most loaded and pointless buzzword ever), that I feel like funfactor is an afterthought.
The rise of fanboyism is an unfortunate side effect of the gaming audience moving more toward an apprec...
Games released on consoles that have sold the most have greater exposure and therefore have a higher chance of selling well.
Having all 3 home consoles as well as a handheld or 2 means that you are a hardcore gamer, while donscrillinger mistakenly just thinks he is because he plays games that make him feel like he's 'hardcore.'
lol, your primary concern for improvement in the next GH is graphics? And to think, I thought GH's appeal was its interactive gameplay.
I think in a game like this, a more immersive control scheme such as that provided by the Wiimote will make for a much better game than one w/ just better graphics. I can get eyecandy at the movies.
This, FF3, Mario Kart DS, Metroid Prime Hunters, brain games, and homebrew are the reasons why I finally bought a DS 2 weeks ago. I couldn't resist!
Is that a Wii-specific target or their target for games on all consoles? I'd like to know what market research they did to come up with that target.
Wake me up when you have proof that the DS has been gettin body-checked hard on the boards despite having a similar game collection to the Nintendo home consoles you are referring to.
"Cheers"
I'm admittedly going to have to agree, as I remember being a teenager concerned w/ "being cool" and how kids just weren't cool if they had never played GoldenEye 007 or sports games. I'm sure there were other great games out at that time but unfortunately, no one (including me) gave those games a chance. Gaming has changed so much over the years. Final Fantasy used to be strictly for nerds.
I'm an adult now and know that funfactor is what makes a game great. Hel...
The difficulty that the PSP faces is that even though it has more powerful hardware than the DS, it is basically just a handheld version of a home console. While this may not be a bad thing for many ppl, the unfortunate reality is that PSP games can almost always be done better on another console.
The same cannot be said for the DS, and this is why I chose to purchase a DS instead of a PSP after evaluating both handhelds. Games that use the DS's dual screens and stylus interf...
