I thought about the UHD Driver when the Pro was announced and thought "that's dumb, why not have it in there? You guys are part owners of that damn format" but then I looked on my shelf and looked at the way I consume media these days... and I realized that I haven't owned a physical copy of a game in two years, I mostly watch Netflix, YouTube, Prime and that's it! Honestly, most ppl I know are the same way.
I wouldn't be surprised, the game makers haven't had that much time. Give them the time to make those games. I think Xbox learned a lot from the PRO's launch and will have "settings" that will allow for more graphical/performance customization.

@Aenea I would really like to believe that facts will get through to some, but really it won't. Honestly, @antikbaka could have easily look this stuff up himself but didn't care to, there was a point he wanted to make whether accurate or not. yea... so basically around 100 Million consoles accounted for already! More than the total combined sold for PS4/X1.

Man, that's a tough score... If the reviewer equates 2.5/5 to a 5/10, then that seems a bit harsh. Ahh... the old "media is hyping it up" "the media is bought" argument. If the budget, or even visual style, of a game some how adds to a games value in your eyes... you might be doing it wrong, cause you're missing out on a ton of very good games out there. Nioh! that's one I'm gonna hold off getting, not cause I don't think it's gonna be good... it's cause I know it'll consume all of my gaming time and right now, I just can't do that.

I'm sorry but i sometimes think PC guys get way too caught up in pixel/frames counting. Call me crazy but don't you think it sounds a bit "entitled" for a PC guys to say "this game should be on my platform, cause that's where it would be best!" I'm gonna be honest...
@ziggurcat You're right, unless the game code itself has dynamic framerate already in there.... no amount of power will bump that up. A lot of games are hard coded to run at a certain frame rate. To change that would mean for the developer to go in a tweak their code... which could very well end up eating too much time and costing way too much.
Wouldn't surprise me at all. Nintendo seems to iterate on their consoles quite often, different colors, new sizes, a button (new 3DS).... and really, Nintendo fans don't seem to mind at all. I know that you don't have to buy every new version of said console/handheld, but ppl/kids want the latest version! I've heard of ppl who have 3 different 3DS models/color... that's kinda crazy. It's not an expensive console, but buy 3 of them kinda makes it so.

I see the new Zelda and I think, Okay so it's Zelda in a new art style, one that we've seen before. It's doing things like Monster Hunter, it's doing things like Far Cry 3 and other open worlds... and people are losing their minds over it. @Dasteru I agree 100%. I don't know why console gamers are in love with the idea of 4K. Is it some kind of inferiority complex?!?! Rock solid 1080p/60 with more graphics going on would be great! Oh what about 1440p/60 with more graphics!?!? Or is 4K the end all be all here? I get the feeling that some just want to be able to say "4K"

this honestly doesn't surprise me... it seems inline, pricing wise, with other Switch accessories. At least you have an alternative and don't have to buy these... Sony Vita memory cards anyone!?!? Someone asked a good question, who the hell would buy these? uninformed parents, the last savvy about SD card prices, basically the casuals. Hopefully they do a little research and don't have to pay these prices.
True or not, MS needs to reveal something about this console soon. Peoples imaginations are running wild with what the Scorpio will be able to do. It could get to the point where no matter how awesome it may end up... it won't be enough to live up to what some have imagined. It doesn't take too much of those to poison the well.
I didn't know the Switch already needed Saving... maybe wait till the thing is released first before trying to save it.
