They told him "you can't do this on PC, you would get merc'd" So he went on PC and did exactly what he did on console. They told him the jumping around from wall to wall wouldn't work cause a McRee would just pop him easy... they didn't.

Couldn't agree more! We're just not ready for 4K rendering yet. I don't want current day visuals just at 4K, what's the point? Yes it'll be sharper with almost no jaggies but what about the game itself... will the worlds be bigger? more populated? more dynamic Ai? I'm sorry but If when they revealed the 360/PS3 all we got was Xbox/PS1 graphics but at HD resolution and no jaggies I would have been like "huh?"

I don't mind price if the content justifies it... doesn't seem justified. I'm interesting in this game, but I'll wait for reviews. I personally no longer buy season passes, unless the add-on content releases soon after the game releases. I found that by the time the add-on content releases I'm no longer even playing the game.

They're taking the PC space and essentially treating the different "stores" like consoles, has this ever happened before? It's the same game but since you purchased at A you can't play with those who purchased it at B. I understand doing this with different consoles... but different stores? What constitutes a AAA title? Cause I really don't know. Is it just a publisher? The amount of hours? The production value or the polish?
If those things are what constitutes a AAA title, wouldn't having the Last of Us, or any big game, on PSVR/Vive/Oculus be considered a AAA title? I don't think that would be the case. VR is a different thing than regular games, I think. I don't think we've defined what a "AAA" VR title is... right?

There's that word "gimmick" again... like I've said before, everything is a gimmick until it's not. Analog sticks were considers a "gimmick", rumble, motion controls, kinect, VR, Netflix, Self Driving cars, Cars in general. It's mostly a matter of perspective. Can't blame them for doing it. Sony would do the same damn thing. That's why I take what these companies say with a grain of salt. A few months back Xbox said they're not concerned about sales, but player engagement, as soon as their the best selling console, in America, they tell you about it... and that's exactly what they should do.
