I think I saw an interview where they mentioned a pt. 2, I believe they said its being "considered." It's up to Insomniac really, as they own the IP. I would put money on there being a sequel in the future, I'm also pretty sure it'll be a multiplat game at that point.
To be fair to Xbox One X... during the presentation they never once said that Anthem was running in 4K, True 4K, Native 4K, not once. I'm guess those who watched the presentation were hit over the head with "True 4K" statement so much they thought they heard it lol

They've revealed some pretty big things at PSX, I was wondering if they held things back for that show. Either way, doesn't change the fact that we didn't see a lot of new things at the Sony presser. What they had was good but it needed more "surprises" and TBH anything following the orchestra last year would have been a let down.

I really dislike the whole 4K thing... I might be in the minority here but I'd rather it be 60fps, for super smooth web swinging. But, unfortunately everyone seems to caught up in the war for "4K" dominance... a format that isn't even widely adopted yet smh
It's like they didn't see the Bungie interview where they point out what you're saying... I'm a console gamer, but I try to educate myself on all types of gaming. Like PC gaming, and PC gamers were saying from the beginning that the CPU in the 1X i just not strong enough to run AAA games at 60fps.

If a 1st party title like Crackdown 3 is only running at 4K30... what makes you think a multiplat game will run at 4K60? Both games seem to be CPU bound... what the weakest part of these consoles? The CPU's! Going to need more powerful CPUs for that... oh yea, there will be some games that hit that but they won't all be able too.
To be fair, during the press conference Phill seems to avoid saying true 4K when it came to multiplats... I believe he said "the best version" or "enhanced" or something like that, but I could be remembering it incorrectly.

Cloud? I think this game didn't come out earlier cause it needed the power of the OneX. World internet speeds are just not stable enough to rely on, so it's now on OneX. As for the game... I wasn't feeling the art style of it, like the GiantBomb guys mentioned, that style seems dated by today's standards. Not technically, just in terms of style. It's very Saints Row looking. No telling how well or fun it's gonna be, just making a comment on the look of it.

Unfortunately this kind of happens with every company... it's very hard to be on top and still stay as motivated. That's why competition is so important, as well as the consumers/fans voice. If you don't like something about what a company is doing, say something. Let them know. That's why I don't get this worshiping of a corporation. If they f-up don't give them a pass, don't defend them. Every company, like every person, should be held responsible for this action...
