"Lisa Finch said the family was forced outside barefoot in freezing cold and handcuffed after the shooting. She said her granddaughter was forced to step over her dying uncle and that no guns were found in the home."
Standard procedure. Until things are cleared up they don't know who is who. I was once in a bank while it was being robbed and the robbery went badly. After the police took out one guy and the other surrendered as hostages (even though I was onl...
Wow, getting downvotes and you are 100% correct, the game is about a samurai warrior, not a ninja. And yes you are right again they are completely different. A samurai is a warrior of the noble class. While ninjas are spies, assassins and mercenaries and often members of the lower class.
SuckerPunch's own site:
"The year is 1274. Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan—until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima,...
@Istolla
Do you know what evidence is? His statement is fact. You made a statement that "you didn't know anyone (evidence) of trophy's selling a game". That is evidence of your world. And he replied is essence he is evidence that you do now know one, @WeAreLegion He stated facts from his life experience thus disproving your own large encompassing statement that must equate true for the rest of the world. He didn't have to give studies or polls only the truth...
What does that have to do with the Live service? You give us useless code stolen and a few thousand emails hacked. Wow, low bar. Can you find a story where that Xbox service was hacked because I can find stories where PS services have been hacked multiple times? Seriously, if you want to talk about the hacking one of the largest hacking of the corporate world was done to Sony. A hack that almost took down their picture division and definitely left people without jobs after the event.
@DarkZane Why do you believe that? Sony's recent history shows that they want the coin and see no benefit at offering BC for free. Billions spent on PSNow would be wasted if they provided any type of free BC to PS5 consoles, especially PS4 BC. What incentive does PSNow service provide other than being the only option for BC on PS4? What purpose would it hold with the PS5 if PS4 were free on that console other than devaluing PSNow? There is no real reason PS4 users are going to scrambl...
@DragonDDark Do you really think that is going to happen? Sony has invested billions of dollars in PSNow. Do you think (they), and by they I mean Kodera the father of PSnow and now the CEO of SIE along with the Sony board, is going to just toss that large investment to the side when the PS5 comes out and let you run PS4 locally games too? I am more willing to bet they rather take the flake from some console users than to toss out PSNow. Sure, barring another hardware base change and a new O...
@ProjectVulcan The days are still here the Xbox GPU end is highly customized silicon. Nothing comparable on the PC is available.
First, PCs have to still use brute strength for many of the things that are directly built-into the X console hardware design. DirectX3D or Vulkan still is software based it is held to the requirements of using processing cycles on those more powerful PC CPUs. Just a simple fact you have to live with the requirement that these games require a gr...
A. You really should learn statistics it is only a bitch if you use it correctly. The fact you meant to say is the (vast is a little strong) will be playing a third party game on the PS4. No one is arguing that 60 million PS4 vs 30 million Xboxes that there will not be more players in most scenarios playing a multi-plat. But, how does that equal best version? It doesn't, those multi-plat PS4 games will not the be the best version of the game. It will st...
Please.... stop with the false worst case scenarios. "They could strip the possibility of you ever downloading it again". A future contingent argument is false and based on no evidence. I could say aliens come down and blow up the digital distributions centers. Both, are as likely with no evidence.
However, I can play that game with physical media and it 100% more likely to happen. Your mom could throw out your games, it gets donated it to the local thrift ...
@SurgicalMenace First MIT was the founder and was major lead along with Phillips in the creation of the consortium of 8 other patent owners involved to what is known as the DBA. In fact, DBA member board does not include all patent owners used in the Blu-Ray and 4KUHD. You do realize companies like Microsoft have patents in Blu-Ray and receive checks. They are just not on the board and not a founder of the DBA. A DBA membership which now stands at 20 members. Sure Microsoft may not get...
You really need the 4KUHD Blu-ray version of Planet Earth 2 to be in total awe. This little movie is a nice gesture by Microsoft but, don't believe that malarkey spewed from Sony that streaming 4K is the same thing. Not even close to the same experience of a true 4KUHD disc. Sure stream a movie works nice in a pinch and it is much closer to the experience of just a plain old Blu-Ray. Nothing compressed from its original 120GB size to less than a 20GB data file for streaming is go...
BS The X outplays the 1070. The only card that currently beats the X on performance levels is the NVidia 1080 family. But, what is really amazing is about your tale is that 2 year old PC was able to travel to the future May 27th, 2016 (A YEAR AGO, NOT TWO), the day the GTX 1080 was released, just to purchase that card and travel back to 2015 so it could once again be a 2 year old PC. I guess spending over $600 on graphics card alone is nothing for a time traveling PC. Heck, why limit you...
And definitely don't work in fantasy land like your scenario. Those $100 store tablets aren't worth the $10 they are being sold for. And yes we know all about OEM pricing. But a 1TB drive which is around $349 list price for a half-way decent model at a store isn't going to magically be $10 or $30 or $100. For a large purchase you would see 35-40% drop in price over that list price $349. So Microsoft expense would probably at best been around $210 for $349 list price Samsung ...
78% of games are sold physically because Nintendo gave us only 32GB of storage. I personally believe Nintendo gimped the device on storage to purposely to force more sales of physical media. As it stands, there is hardly any room to store anything digitally without having to buy more storage. Some games can't even be sold digitally without first updating the Nintendo Switch to larger storage. This would be like Sony selling the PS4 with a 100GB drive - doing so it would fit around 5 av...
There is only one company focused directly at building gaming as a service and that is Sony. Sony has invested heavily in true GAAS. What does Microsoft have like PSNow? Nothing. A service hides the infrastructure of the game play. Microsoft still believes in delivering the actual game. Sony believes you are best served receiving a subpar streamed version. Sony is the one of the two that has come out and said they are directly looking into enhancing their portfolio with more GAAS and micro...
@ocelot07 It works both ways. Strange you ignore that little tidbit. The problem when you use that argument that a certain group of Xbox owners said resolution and power didn't matter there was a group of PS4 owners that argued it did and it was all about power and resolution. As you said fast forward to 2017 and those PS4 are arguing it doesn't matter. I wonder why? See, hypocrisy works both ways. You just seem to ignore it with your bias glasses.
Well USB3 has a 5Gbit/s transfer rate while SATA-2 has only a 3 Gbit/s transfer rate. To bad Microsoft didn't update the ports on X to USB 3.1 then that would mean 10Gbit/s. Of course there are other things in play with external vs internal but just on the ability to transfer data the USB3 channels are wider. So barring other issues and with the drives being compared are equal in everyway then the external USB should be able to push the game data faster.
Are you so weak that you have felt forced to ever buy any of their games? Or did somebody hold a gun to your head when you bought one. Beyond all the whining people do, just looking at the sales charts without the most complained about big gaming companies : EA, Activision and Ubisoft the overall landscape of gaming would be a pretty sad one. The represent over 2/3 of console game sales. There are very few companies that have an infrastructure that can make multiple big games every year, y...
