Give me a break, everyone knows N4G is pro PC, Pro Sony and pro Battlefield. Everything else is fodder.
I just said I would like to see how many people would support a COD game on a Sony platform now that it could possible help Sony out big time.
You think people here are indifferent about Activision and COD? What world do you live in? Every single article that has COD in the title has tons of hate from this very place.
Did you see the Kotick...
I've always enjoyed the COD series of games, but I'm curious to see how many people around here who have been 100% against Activision are now on board and want this to do well simply because it will most likely help Sony out?
I would definitely be interested in picking up a COD game with the Vita when it comes out. Hopefully it would have a fully functioning online with voice chat?
This could do very well for Sony and Activision if they do it right. ...
From what I understand Kinect has voice recognition software and does all the work so you don't need to code anything extra to get it to work.
I don't know if you have a Kinect or not, but as a person who had an Eyetoy and Kinect, they are vastly, VASTLY different. Kinect has the best voice recognition/commands I've ever used. With Mass Effect it worked for me 100% of the time and I was talking very softly as to not sound like a fool.
I think peop...
I doubt you'll find many people in these part that think it's better with Kinect, but is Bioshock 3 better because of Move/3-D support? If you say yes to that question then you need to say yes to Mass Effect 3 and Kinect being better as well.
If you played the demo with Kinect like I did, then you realize it really immerses you into the game, you don't have to constantly pause the game to change weapons or assign tasks to your squad.
Also, you can t...
Your a prophet now? Blu Ray is going to be a necessity next generation for Microsoft, I don't see how they can do a console without it. It's cheap now and wont raise the cost of the next console. They already pay Sony for a patent on the DVD player anyway, this wont be a problem.
Microsoft's own developers have come out against the "anti used" idea or rumor that is floating around.
I expect full backwards compatibility with the Xbox 360/...
Every comment so far is a trolling comment. Who would have guessed that?
Wow, GBA had an epic list of launch titles. As much as I feel the Vita has a great launch lineup, the GBA probably has a bit better one. I forgot some of those on that list, wish the 3DS would have launched with such a good lineup.
Another solid review, this was definitely worth the wait. Any fans of previous Twisted Metal games are in for a treat!
I'm really looking forward to that Uncharted game, this looks like a pretty solid deal to get people into some Vita games.
That is great news, I have a ton of PSP games that I'll be able to play on the Vita when I finally get one. Looking like my birthday in May is going to be pretty sweet!
Coming from me? Not exactly sure what that means, but nice attempt to troll.
*Edit*
So I have Kinect in my name in a vague attempt to be clever and name myself after something in the gaming industry and that makes me a Microsoft fanboy or something?
I get a ton of disagrees with no explanation because I actually think Mass Effect 3 is better and you feel more immersed with Kinect?
It's almost like I don't own all the consoles o...
It definitely gives you more of an immersed feeling. I preferred to play the demo with Kinect, I didn't have to pause the game to set my teammates up. I am really liking the Kinect functionality with games like this, Halo CEA, Forza 4 and I'm interested to see how it plays with Ghost Recon.
Developers are too greedy to release half a version. I mean if you look at Activision and Call Of Duty, why would they release a lite version when so many buy the full version? I hope we can play used games on next gen consoles, mainly because I sometimes share games with my brother or friends. We let one another borrow a game and having games that are console locked is just taking it too far.
If we buy something, we should have the right to do what we want with it. Do car co...
Those are pretty slick, Mass Effect is in full effect!
I would think that there is a large variety of people that only own a Wii, so this would be a bonus to those types of people. Some parents will only buy their kids a Nintendo console because they think it's "kid friendly" and some casuals buy it because of the motion controls. I think there are probably millions of people who will take advantage of this.
Although I do think it's more in preparation for the Wii U, which if Assassins Creed 3 tells us anything,...
It's waaaaaaaay too early to be talking about any of this. Sad how far some places go for hits and controversy.
We all know it'll be the Xbox 720, Microsoft has painted themselves into a corner with the "Xbox" brand. If they changed the name, they would have to change the name of Xbox Live and I don't think that will ever happen.
No matter what the code name is, it's going to end up being the 720.
I'd just like to hear something concrete, but I guess it's kind of fun speculating on features.
It's a shame when small time developers have their games pirated so much. Alan Wake was already pirated on the 360 around 3 million times, I can imagine it getting a similar number on PC. Imagine if people actually supported games and developers like these?
Just kind of a shame in my opinion...
It will most likely be backwards compatible with the Xbox 360, kind of doubt it with the original Xbox though. It's kind of hard to find those games anyway to be honest, though I still have some like Panzer, Shenmue 2, Crimson Skies, Blinx, Voodoo Vince and some others.
As for them supporting the Xbox 360 after the release of the next console, they said they want to support it until 2015, so we'll have at least a couple of years of support for the current Xbox 360. ...
It should definitely play PS2 games, I don't really have any PS1 games, so that part doesn't really matter, but it should easily be able to emulate PS1 games anyway.
There is no need to not include BC in the next generation of consoles, since this generation has trophies/achievements and are in HD already, we wont need HD remakes next generation.
I'm very happy I have a BC PS3, I was an early adopter. I have over 150 PS2 games, the PS2 had such a ...
