This article and it's based on nothing. Colin didn't say anything about it not going gold later this month, all he said was he thinks it's more to it then just being delayed so they can make enough discs. For all he knows the game could be ready earlier, but Sony just choose May 10th because they think that'll be the optimal date to release it.

The game is probably far enough a long that the writing is already done, so it should be fine, it could be bad if they plan on making Andromeda a trilogy though.

Do you seriously think any is worried about MS as a whole?
People are just worried about the Xbox division, which has never been a big deal in the grand scheme of things at MS. I can see why, closing a bunch of studios and cancelling all their projects is never a good sign. But I can also see it just being a temporarily downsize while they plan the future of the division.

No, it's Remote Play will support PC and Mac.

If MS did that why would anyone buy the tier 1 system, when in a few years time they could get the tier 3 system for the same price, but with all the games?

Sony will just sit back and watch them do a Sega, the only benefit I could see is we won't get overly long gens like last gen, as Sony wouldn't want to fall too far behind, but besides that, it just seems like a bad plan. The more powerful box every 5 years, like it was before last gen, works fine for me.

No it doesn't, maybe in a couple of decades time it might, but it won't be hard to get a PS3 anytime soon.

They are probably doing the Nintendo World Championship thing again.

Though that would be a great way to show off some games, the Mario Maker stuff was fantastic last year.

Crystal Dynamic also didn't do the PS3 or PS4 version of the Reboot, and they still released at the same time as the other platforms. So what's your point?

Nixxes did the PlayStation and PC versions.

A lot of people play it as a cover shooter, which makes them easy picking, once more people start using the movement system to their advantage, it should get more competitive.

Cross-play horde mode with a level creator, that's shared with both platforms would be great. Cross-play PvP would need to be really well balanced, if they let KB&M player face Pad users.

Not for me, but I'm really burned out with open-world games at the moment.

I do like that they are going with a more open, but still linear level design though, some of my favourite games do it (MGS 3, RE4, Bloodborne and the Souls games to name a few), I much prefer it, to having a massive land space to just wander around, or a straight corridor with no branching paths.
It also helps with pacing too, which is extra important in games like Uncharted.

He said it was innovative where?
Also you don't know what innovation means, if you think having those 3 things means something can't innovate.

The first teaser was November 2013, at the PS4 launch event.

It doesn't on the UK store.
Just says it includes the
DLC Triple Pack.
3 Drake Skins & 3 Weapon Skins.
Phurba Dagger Taunt.
2 Pirate Sigil Hats for MP.
Uncharted Points.
Exclusive Dynamic Theme.

Hopefully they keep it that way to, hate when stuff get cut out for a pre-order.

@Bad
They can because Ubisoft are on the stock market, and not privately owned. So they'd just need to have the majority stake, and from there will just force the rest to either sell over or play along, as they would pretty much have full control.

They are worried enough that they have growth plans to try and fend them off.
http://www.reuters.com/arti...
The reason is, they'll most likely take a lot more than they'll give.

3762d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

They haven't. Though people think once they get Gameloft, Ubisoft are next.

3762d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Gameloft own something like 15% of Ubi, they are probably going for that more than anything.

@twin
They sell much better in the west, than they do in Japan, it's just everything else does too.

@kalkano
True, there's very few games aimed at the Japanese market available, but I think even when there's a lot more, they'll still do better here then there, maybe not massively so like they do now, but still comfortably.
The Japanese core market has shrunk massively in the past decade, that I really don't see how they can change...

@XanderZane

Yes, but Knack was bundled with pretty much every day 1 PS4 and for most of the first year.
