PvE wise, Bloodborne, the enemy variety and design is my all time favorite. Also like how each weapon and armor piece is way better designed and much more detailed than almost everything in Dark Souls 3, suppose that's the benefit of having less to work with. The bosses are about 6 billion times better in Bloodborne too, outside of the Nameless King and Abyss Watchers, nothing has came close to even Bloodborne's meh bosses (the non important Chalice Dungeon ones) for me.

Seems it's a scaled back version to get 60FPS.
Found this, it's from a behind closed door demo at Paris Games Week, so it's likely been improved upon.

It won't be 30FPS, Sony require a 60FPS minimum for VR games.

@Kirb
QB had 3 more days of tracking, millions more spent on marketing, and sold meh (not bad, but not great either).
R&C had next to no marketing and comfortably beat it with only 2 days of tracking. It's a pretty sizable "victory" imo.
@Kirb
I doubt QB's digital purchases are out of the norm, maybe slightly, but they'll still be in the vast minority. I'm also sure a lot of people in the UK, just imported t...
That was jut a rumour, never confirmed (becacuse it wasn't true), it's why you should always take pre-reveal console leaks with a mountain of salt.
The PS4 I already have isn't going to disappear once the PS4.5 releases, so I couldn't careless if Sony do it, as long as the regular PS4 doesn't start getting garbage ports once it releases, I'll cope. Was fine with the 5 year cycle and still am, so can wait until the PS5 (or if an even more powerful PS4 comes out after that period).
If someone wants a PS4.5 I have no problems with that, it's their money.
Title is misleading. The pie chart represents Microsoft, Sony and Blizzard as a whole, not the individual games themselves. Reading the article, Gears only made up 87% of the market space for the ads for Microsoft, while Uncharted made up 97% for Sony. And the different between MS and Sony as a whole was 3%.
Impressive numbers all-round though. Wonder if Gears will surpass Halo.
@Imalwaysright
I say systems because I don't consider them (TLoU or Rise) actual stealth games, just action games with stealth elements, I'd put stuff like Dues Ex and Far Cry in that category too.
The stealth in TLoU isn't like the stealth in say a MGS or a Splinter Cell (you can't even crawl), the stealth you find in Rise is extremely similar, to how the stealth works in TLoU, it's more about using objects in the environment to lean ...
@Imalwaysright
Almost all of it, it just liked to act like it was. You will never run out of bullets or supplies to make more, you never had to do anything to make sure you survive, just kill a bunch of people.
It was about as much of a survival game as Uncharted is. The sequel wasn't much more about survival though, just had better stealth, stealth similar to the stealth in TLoU.

He was talking about Rise of The Tomb Raider when comparing it to TLoU.
"I saw some of the stuff they did for E3 [for Rise of the Tomb Raider] and going into much more of that survival-type game, which actually seems to borrow more from The Last of Us than Uncharted"
If From don't want to make another Dark Souls game, Bamco can't force out another, they only own the international publishing rights, not the I.P, which is owned by From (or their parent company Kadokawa).
I doubt From will stop making Souls type games though.
True, but they were all pretty up beat about it, thanking fans and Sony for giving them the opportunity.That kinda tells me it wasn't a bad break up (this just confirms it), they were all looking forward to the future, though thinking about it, that's probably because they knew Codemasters were in talk to hire them.
I'm just happy they are still together and a next gen Motorstorm is still possible, just under a different name.
Didn't seem like there was any bad blood between them from Twitter when it was announced they'd be closed, so not all that surprising.
Good to see that Codemasters have picked them all up, should make a great partnership.
15th in France, 20th everywhere else,but the UK which is on the 22nd.
Retailers in UAE have most likely broke the street date (they pretty much always do), I wouldn't be surprised if that's where they got their copies from.
@Cornholio ^^^
In NA yes, France is the 15th, rest of the EU the 20th and the UK on 22nd, for some reason.
@Legion
Starting from a 10 and working down, would just lead to almost everything being high rated.
Chrono's death in Chrono Trigger, really got me. Remember the first time it happened and I was just sitting there in shock, that the main guy, in a JRPG, I'd put dozens of hours into, just got killed. I know it's possible to save him later on, but I really didn't see him dying when he did.
The Boss is probably my second, them making you pull the trigger to finish her was masterful, and seeing Big Boss saluting, with a tear falling down his face, over her unmar...
A big reason the Uncharted collection didn't chart in Oct (it did in Nov) was because it sold mostly through bundles, which NPD doesn't track.
But you are right, a remaster isn't a good indication for whether a new AAA entry in a series will do well or not.
Possibly, seems like a pretty pointless question, as we don't know much about most of the game, just that it looks beautiful, plays great and has a pretty great dev team behind it, Bloodborne also had these qualites.
Regardless, I'm there day 1, was sold on it after the first gameplay demo, and mega sold after playing it. I don't need an arbitrary score to tell me if I'll like it or not, just like I didn't for Bloodborne.
The bosses are what really separate them for me, outside of Nameless King, the last boss and the Abyss Watchers most of the bosses where disappointing to me, whereas only a couple of main game bosses were in BB (the Celestial Emissary, Witch of Hemwhick), everything else (not in the Root Chalice Dungeons) was as good, if not better, than those 3 (stuff like Gerhman, Ludwig, Maria, Logarius, Gascoigne and Orhan are on a completely different level, nothing comes close to them in 3).
