It launching unfinished would have lost it more, and it's a month and a bit delay, I doubt many will lose interest due to that, considering they've waited almost 2 and a half years.
@Retro
I thought RoTTR was good, but it was just more TR (2013), with a better setting, and slightly better story (still completely forgettable though). So what exactly does it deserve? All the praise the reboot got applies to it, and I don't remember that winning much.
No, it being exclusive doesn't change the quality of the game, but it being timed exclusive means most won't be able to play it for awhile.
I think it had a cut-off date awhile back, so if you got it recently, you've probably missed you're chance.
You can complete every area with another person (just have to ring for them after every boss & death), and Insight is common enough after the first area, that just doing co-op would never leave you with zero (and if it somehow does, you can help/invade others for more).
The biggest problem doing that was the Bell System wasn't all that good, it's a lot better now, but still can sometimes just decide it doesn't want to work and leave you waiting.
Considering it was bundled with pretty much every PS4 for holidays, I doubt Sony are upset much, or care about a chart that doesn't track bundles.
Yeah, agreed, probably makes more sense business wise, but it's a massive downgrade from the original, be nice if it has a reversible cover, with the original on the inside.
ND want the final Uncharted game from them to be perfect is what's going on.
It sucks it got delayed, but it'd suck even more if they released it in a buggy, unfinished state, Uncharted deserves better than that.
Also, surprised you're not worried about QB, considering it's been delayed just as much, if not more.
They know they lack good writers, it's why the hired writers from Obsidian and CD Projekt Red.
@Septic
Money-hatting for me, is just paying for a game already in-development (I doubt KojiPro's new game was) for multiple platforms, to only come to one of them, not a 3rd party studio making a game exclusively on one platform, like Bloodborne, Scalebound, Quantum Break, Bayo 2 and many others for example, as they wouldn't have been made without the platform holder's help/$$$$.
@Hoohaarr
Clearly not, considering it's an Xbox timed exclusive.
Again CD clearly prefer working on the Xbox platform (look up who did the PS or PC versions of their games, if you don't believe me), Square aren't the smartest, MS wanted their Uncharted 4 competitor for the Holidays and Square would prefer dodging it. On paper it probably sounded like a good deal for them, in reality it wasn't, so if the rumors of CD pushing for the deal are tr...
Konami do, he'll probably use UE4, as it's cheap and easy to work with, or one of Sony's, though I doubt the latter. Making his own would be way too expensive as an independent studio.
Because they prefer working on Xbox, always have, they never do the PC or PS versions of their games either, Nixxes usually do (which isn't a bad thing as they are really good).
Judging by the post credits scene in RoTTR, we definitely will.
There was rumors CD pushed for the exclusivity deal, so could be Square forcing him out, but also probably just due to him being there for a really long time and wanting to move on, and he's doing it now due to the Christmas break coming up.
Kinda impressive considering Sony sent it out to die, I wonder how well GT Sport will do.
Is it though? Some of the most popular games ever are F2P. Just need to be fair and consistent.
Always attack him at his side during the first phase and his back during the second phase, run in a straight line when he does his long jump attack, you'll dodge it every time, and most importantly don't get greedy, hit him a couple of times and move, he leaves him self open during his swipe combo during first phase and most of his second phase moves.
It does have a ton of boobies though, so I say we call it a tie.
Activision lost the 007 game rights awhile ago, if anyone stopped it from being in Rare Replay it was probably Nintendo. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Rare just decided it wasn't worth the effort to try and get the Golden Eye 64 licence, as a few companies have a say in it (Nintendo's being the loudest).
It won't, the reason is due to a mouse being more precise and just faster than thumbstick is when it comes to aiming, and would put console gamers at a disadvantage in a fast pace FPS.
