Just look at this Christmas, we just had great games for less than $40 such as L4D2, Assassin's Creed 2 and Dragon Age. I think I even saw some sales for MW2!
Too many games means that I will snap them up when they hit budget price and only pick up games I deem worthy of a Limited Edition purchase. Mass Effect 2 and maybe Alan Wake! Lost Planet 2 looks interesting too.
Yup, not to mention Mass Effect 2. In May Alan Wake and in the fall/winter we got Halo Reach.
And all the multiplats.... there is hardly enough time to play games! Looks like 2010 will be the year of the games!!!
Sorry, but that award goes to CoD4:MW. That game practically brought in such a variety in experience in single player combined with an excessively good multi-player experience. MW2 is equally as good.
KZ2 to me was graphically superior. I enjoyed the sniping and the cover system although an admirable attempt did little to add to the experience. At best it will just match Halo in fun game play. There is very little variety and frankly it lacked a little soul when playing it.
Fact is, without MS this generation we would all be playing mostly single player campaigns with little online support. Unless Nintendo was going to give you a run for your money...?
MS has brought serious competition to Sony and pushed them forward. Be thankful for competition, because I would not want one dominating console!!!
360 users get community moderation, while PS3 gets the wild wild west online.

On the surface, including the battery and "glue" it shut sounds great. In reality, I use one charger for my Wii and 360. I don't need to use the ridiculously short re-charging usb cable that comes with the PS3 and I can always have a spare. My batteries don't loose charge sitting around like the PS3 controller does.
Easy access, replacement and I can have spare on the side anytime with regular AA. In fact, I'm surprised MS didn't try and force you to only use their over...

I think the majority would agree that exploiting an unbalanced glitch is annoying for the people playing the game. Therefore I have no issues with MS suspending (note suspending, NOT banning) players.
It just tells me that MS is concerned about the community and takes swift action to ensure a fun atmosphere as much as they can. Sony's stance is the wild wild west and frankly it isn't their responsibility to monitor a third party's game.

It's not going to be as good as on PC, but it is miles better than say C&C series on consoles. It's a great game, but not awesome. Probably the best you going to get on console.

PC gaming might die, but Windows and PC will thrive until something can replace it. If anything, it is more likely to morph.....
However, the falling clock tower scene had a frame rate issue on the 360. I hate to see the PS3 version... Hope Sony can fix it!
There has been so many Xbox Live sales lately that it is rather easy to get 12-months for $30! How are they going to raise the price by a factor of 4?
The fact that you can do this on the PS3 invalidates the idea of a trophy.
It ruins the fun for people playing the game. Although it is IW problem and not Sony's, I wish they would do something about it since it affects the PSN gaming community.
It doesn't affect me, but none the less I would like to see PSN flourish as I own a PS3.
After the console redesign, major price cut, heavy marketing campaign (it was excellent by the way) and upcoming major game FFXIII the PS3 was outsold by the Xbox 360.
The price cut didn't last and I expected the PS3 to outsell the 360 this holiday, but time and time again the PS3 disappoints in sales. I guess we have to look to Europe and Japan to make up.
Of course, instead of praising MS all the Sony fanboys will make up excuses. Year of the PS3, still didn't beat...
