Sounds like some company didn't do their homework and released half @ssed software. How the hell do you use a quarter of the available memory for your OS? When you reduce software from 120MB to less than 50MB, a 60% reduction and add features it is clear that you were extremely wasteful.
It is amazing to me that that is even an acceptable solution.
Every company will talk smack about their competitor, regardless of if it is Sony or MS or any other company.

See that is where your assumption is wrong. Perhaps for you whom are used to 8 buttons (4-face, 2 bumpers, 2 triggers), 2 analog sticks and a d-pad it is not an issue. For many others including me, having so many buttons is hard to master.

It's an action RPG so there won't be much competition. Besides, not many games release prior to ME2. The only other big game on the 360 shortly after is Splinter Cell Conviction. It should be fine!
Games would have a concern are those sandwiched in the middle of other big releases like SC:C and especially GoW3 due to FF13. Other games released during that period aren't that big.

Sony was known as the company being arrogant! That is how I have always perceived them until recently when their new CEO took over and turned it around.

It's because people like to focus on the big guy. Sony used to be the big guy so anytime MS sells more than Sony, it is a big fanfare. Same with articles about how Xbox Live Gold isn't worth it compared to PSN and how they are equal without the cost. It's because Live is the most popular and thus the target.

If you actually read the article, you will notice that the mod overstepped their boundaries. Sure, 402 could have handled it better, but none the less. The mod is there to moderate the forums and not fan the flames!

Don't get me wrong, it looks like an amazing game. I'm in fact looking forward to play the remake of GoW 1&2, but if anything KZ2 should have sold insane numbers.
Shooters just have a huge market in the US and sells very well in Europe. Games like Ninja Gaiden, Bayonetta and GoW don't sell as well.

Nintendo doesn't exactly have a history of supporting hard core gamers. It just that the games they make are pretty much the same all these years and that hardcore gamers have moved on to more immersive experience.

Sony's line up sounds really good, but then next year we hear about almost the same games with some newly announced games far into the future. Yep, the list hardly changed for the new year and we get next year is Sony's year again.
Among other games, I have been hearing about GoW3 and GT5 for years now! That is why I always take a Sony's list of exclusives with a grain of salt until a date or even a time frame is announced.

However, fact is your problem is the result of somebody else action and is not MS responsibility. I sympathize with you, but like anything else when you buy second hand you risk that your warranty is no longer covered for a variety reasons. That is why it is cheaper!
Your Live service is still fully functional, and you pre-paid for a specific amount of time. Why would MS refund you that? The service is still working and it is not...

I think the important message is, PSN's community health is dependent on how Sony regulates it. If you leave it to it's own devices, then guess what you will have a select few ruining it for the majority.
So sure, it isn't Sony's responsibility, but it is in their best interest to monitor. Remember PSN, is a community and a such needs moderation.
Other than the US, the 360 second stronghold is the UK. Most other countries prefer the Wii or PS3.
Your console isn't "just" modded, it is probably software modded in some way for MS to ban you. Don't blame MS, but blame yourself for buying a second hand product without verifying if it was modded or not.
If you bought a used car and they modded it and the original warranty no longer apply, would you blame the car manufacturer?
For some reason there is a lot of hate for MW2. I'm not sure I understand why, since it is an excellent game.

Personally, I thought KZ2 was like most shooters (including Halo) a little repetitive. That is why I love MW2, due to all the variety that goes on in that game. The different was you play it.
In one moment it is completely run and gun, the next it is cover and hold and before you know it, you are sniping. No other FPS gives you that variety. Most just gives you different levels.
Compare that to any other game and suddenly you realize that even the best developers throwing huge amount of resources can't compete with the combined effort of the masses.
Other than Halo 3, there is no other game that can compare itself to MW2 online community on a console.
If anything, MW2 is a victim of its own success!!! There is probably nothing IW could have done to prevent all this. Furthermore, to complicate matters there are two platforms to maintain.
It's funny how the majority of sites tell you that the 360 version is better looking which they show proof with pictures and videos, but every single time this site will claim it is some kind of global conspiracy to put down the PS3!
