So more surprises and information is bad now? It could kill your product!
MIGHT be if you are in a console war and prefer the competitor's product, I would say!!!
....
Leadership is arguably the most important part of a game development team. See what happened to Infinity Ward after West and Zampella left?
Damn, I don't have cable TV so no Spike channel. Is this streamed live on internet?
Exactly! Value is for the most part entirely subjective.
An example is if you only needed to game occasionally to replace your PS2, then an Xbox 360 at less than $200 will fit your needs just fine. If you want wireless access, hard drive and online play, the PS3 is a better choice cost wise.
If you want to play certain exclusives then take your pick!
"The news comes from the same person who tipped us off to Itagaki’s appearance at E3 back in March, which was just revealed officially a couple days ago."
It also backs up the claim (although not proving it) that MS was at Konami's offices.
"What's next - a pink "Hannah Montana" Natal bundle?
Oops, can't do that - someone else already came up with that idea. " -dk
LMAO!!!
All the haters can congregate on Sony's E3 show. I will be there too!
Anything they will announce is not likely to be released in the next 12 months let alone the next 6 months. Sony has a history of continuing to release information far into the future....
I don't want to wait 3+ years between announcement and getting the product in my hands. Announce something, release it no more than 12-18 months max.
From what I can tell, Sony might have a lot studios, but it seems the rate of exclusives being released are more or less ...
Well the trade-off is tired eyes after 2 hours of viewing?
Watching a 2-hour movie that can cause significant eyestrain with immediate effect is rather serious compared to the long term effects of questionable studies.
Not eating vegetables and fruits have much more damaging effect than eating it immediately. Not working means you have no income to support yourself.
Overworking in the gym will make you aggressive? I never heard of that befor...
It is going to be hard for Sony after all this information to make a splash at E3. Not because they have nothing to show, but they let out so much information already it is hard to wow the audience.
This is most likely done intentionally as they don't want news from other companies to drown their own (or leaks for that matter), but this also diminishes their E3 show. In the meantime they have secured weeks of media attention and consumer eye balls on n4g.com.
Two thousand participants is a statistically representable sample.
This is a great opportunity to get some basic statistics skills while you research this.
That is pretty good number considering 15% are aware and around 6-8% is considering the purchase. What happens when 80% is aware? The other thing is they are polling only gamers, what about the non-gamers they are trying to attract?
Furthermore MS numbers are really strong, seeing how they actually hasn't showed jack squat!!!
Sony numbers are very impressive as well seeing how it is basically in most consumers mind (wetter it is or not is irrelevant) is a...
The market determines if there is a need for a 3rd party controller. Nothing wrong with a company out to protect their own business (see Sony "Other OS" removal for example) Datel can just re-design their controller to look less like the 1st party 360 controllers.
Besides I think anyone would be an idiot to purchase a 3rd party controller for virtually the same price as the 1st party. I have yet to see a 3rd party controller that is of good quality except for the w...
It will be on both platforms!
Now over to something more important, what is up with the back shoot? In MGS4 you always stared at Snake's @ss in thight clothing. Do we really need to repeat that?
As far as I can tell the same type of games released prior to Natal is still scheduled to be released in the future... so I don't think Natal is a threat to the hardcore demographics.
I'm pretty sure Treyarch, Infinity Ward, Epic Games, and all the other big game makers aren't going to stop developing hardcore games for the Xbox 360 (and the PS3) just to focus on Natal.
So this point is moot! Xbox Live is known as the premier (wether it is or not...
So far, I haven't heard a comment that is worse than Ken Kutaragi:
* "The PS3 is not a game machine"
* "Beating us for a short moment is like accidentally winning a point from a Shihan (Karate master), and Microsoft is still not a black belt. Just like with their operating systems, they might come out with something good around the third generation of their release."
* "I believe we made the most beautiful thing in the world. Nobod...
EyeToy looks pretty neat, but in those videos they all look gimmicky ways to get around the lack of depth perception.
For instance that antigrav game, you move your arms around to give the input. That is because it can't see depth and therefore can't tell what way you are facing, let alone what foot is in front.
In all the other games, people are looking from the side (ouch! my neck!). Sony really should have pursued this technology since they were a ...
I don't think any such study is done by Sony or Samsung. It simply isn't feasible for a company to do so other than wait for the results to come in after consumers have used it for a long time.
All I know is, my eyes get fairly tired quickly when watching a 3D movie in the theather which suggest that the eyes are straining a lot. Another thing is there are studies that suggest that your eyes are able to pick up much more detail than your brain is able to process. Thi...
I think the point was that one game outsold 8 other heavy hitters on current generation. That is a feat, but once you start combining games, then it doesn't make as much sense.
Either way, who really cares? A good game is a good game regardless of it's sales. The only games that matters for sales is online games as you got a bigger pool of people to play with....
Oh, GT series has sold tremendously well so it definitely deserves it's praise!
MS really aren't kidding with support for the Xbox 360. I wonder if there is any sound?
I don't think so, but perhaps somebody that live there can confirm.
