I don't get that mindset either. I mean, if they have Nintendo exclusive character/cosmetic/et al, sure, that'll stay on Nintendo's platform. But odds are, if it does come to Switch, it'll likely be all the content released to this point. If it is more content, like how Switch got Final Fantasy World: Maxima, I'd imagine Persona would handle that content similarly by releasing it as a paid upgrade on other platforms like Square did with Maxima.
It is cer...
It was a mix of selling at too high a price and including too few "must haves" - or at least, too few titles that tickle the nostalgia sector of the brain.
And if looking to pit the success vs Nintendo's mini consoles, Sony simply has the misfortune of not being Nintendo. That might sound trite or reductive, but the people on sites like this seriously fondly remember the PS1, but the NES/SNES mini appeal to people who stopped gaming ages ago - and even more so...
Well, I see the ARK Season Pass launched over a year ago. I think that normally comprises a "season" in these terms, with others only really lasting more like 6 months. It also currently shows that the season pass "includes 3 huge expansion packs", so it seems as if it fulfilled what people knew they were buying - though I don't know if they changed that near Atlas' release or anything like that.
I think if they wanted to go the DLC season pass ...
Reading the comments here versus on the PlayStation Blog is hilarious. Here it echoes my thoughts - Plus is a great deal. And of course it is, you're getting multiple games a month for literally a few bucks (even as a "rental", that's a great price). But on PSBlog, good lord, they are pissed you don't give them every new release for free. Strange how communities fragment, and echo chambers echo.
I have PSVR and Rift, but only own/play Beat Saber on Rift and -there- it is excellent. I specify in this case only because the mods are what really make the game - the mechanics of the game are great, but there is a limited number of official songs. With mods, it is essentially infinite thanks to community maps. Some free official song updates are in the works, as are track packs, so there might be enough content in the pipeline to make it worth it on the PS4. But as it stands now, PS4 users...
CDPR DIDN'T SAY THIS APPARENTLY! Article updated with the following:
Note: A previous version of this article wrongly attributed the original document's comments to Cyberpunk 2077's developer/publisher CD Projekt RED. While a lot of this seem to be based on impressions or statements from CD Projekt, the direct quotes are from market analysts.
Sorry to post jack, it's just that people don't read the article around here so I knew that wa...

This game looks fantastic! The more I read and see about it, the more I'm looking forward to its release.
This is the correct assessment. (NOT saying that is the only objectively correct way to go, just that if you are a PC gamer that there isn't any reason to get an Xbox now). And I've gone into detail before, but Spencer lied pretty heavily about things in the early-mid days of XBO; about hardware exclusives being important, or certain games not coming out on PC because they were too late in development, or they wouldn't launch day and date...all those things ended up coming to pass...
What has become abundantly clear to me over the years is people on sites like this, we're the minority. We can all mostly agree with one another and have, what we believe, to be a solid grasp of what the "gaming community" thinks about certain games or franchises.
But then you look at the ratings for games that you know are widely detested, highly controversial, have issues...and then you look at the user scores on places like the Xbox or PlayStation stores, o...
The 3 suggested video boxes cover basically the entirety of the keyblade, completely negating the already slim value of this trailer. Guess I won't be going to that channel for any vids in the future lol.
They had a really solid VR title with "The Mage's Tale". I'm sad that with this acquisition, given XBOX doesn't support VR, that InExile more than likely won't be given the opportunity to build on that strong foundation and possibly make an even better follow up VR title. Maybe if NextBox supports VR we could see something, but until then probably not :-(
I hear ya. As an English major, those kinds of things get under my skin a bit as well. But I get the confusion - English is a freaking absurd language. You want a name to be possessive? Add 's - Mark's phone. Got it. Now, let's use "it" and make it possessive...it's, right? Well, no...then you remove the apostrophe.......why can't you follow your own internal logic, English?!
It would be better for them to blame "oversupply" of the older cards - that makes it seem like a short-term, solvable problem. But the 18% dip shows what everyone knows - as great as the tech in the card might be, the value isn't there for what they are asking. The lion's share of that value hinges on all the non-rasterization based tech taking up space on those huge silicon wafers.
We're seeing people struggling to want to pay for it when only small p...
I know, right? It's such a weird conceit. We had Red Dead Redemption on last gen consoles. They wouldn't be capable of a game like this. Most were as blown away by RDR1 then as many are with RDR2 now.
If we had the same mindset then as he does now, then we wouldn't have had RDR2 to begin with and this article kind of starts falling apart before it gets off the ground lol.
Already sold out....guess it's GameStop or nothing right now if you want it at this price.
Edited: Nevermind. They did weirdly put one after "users", yet not one after "no". That is truly bizarre.
In general that is just Title Gore. So awkwardly phrased. They could cut out about half the words and still convey the same message.
I imagine it has more to do with the fact it is a card battler rather than the fact RDR2 just launched. I mean, you can't discount that RDR2 certainly impacts just about everything game related, but if even a Witcher 3 expansion launched you can bet that it would have sold like gangbusters as well.
The timing certainly isn't great, but it appears they also misread the interest leading up to launch. I also wonder if they misread the percentage of TW3 fans that would ...
If you recognized that it is at least "kind of cool" and can envision a future where if it improves enough that you might want to own one, perhaps this VR headset might be the one to propel VR immersion to the next level. Or perhaps it is just another mid-grade stepping stone to the next best thing...who knows.
Though I will certainly admit that there is a content problem - there are excellent releases, but I can see how people would struggle to want to spend anot...
Hi friend! We're few and far between, us Wii U owners.
Side note: Doesn't it suck that Nintendo is only really providing value to Switch owners who didn't already own one of our relics? It has Wii-U-port-itis, and woe be unto you if you don't like Pokemon or Smash lol. I would love a reason to fire up my Switch again here soon.
