Kinect is not that great to me but my fiancee loves it for Zumba. Next week updates MS is claiming will improve Kinect voice recognition and respond better to movement. Wow, good thing the gaming divison is doing well, but Sony overall as a whole is not looking too good. They need to sell their Movie studios, and TV production units while cutting 5000 jobs. The company has a bad credit rating, they will need to lean on the PS4 to stay afloat, but the PS4 might not be enough to feed the whole company if other units/branches can't be sold.

Shouldn't be needed unless you have older audio equipment. If the audio equipment does not support neither format it defaults to stereo so I can see people having problems DTS and LPCM.
I've done that for movies and games after Black Friday/Cyber Monday a couple times.
When I saw the price for $39.99 I was thinking maybe 5hrs or so, but less than 2? I will wait, I'm sure when the main game comes out Ground Zero will be included.

I hate it when people say "Magical Experiences" just sounds like a bad sales pitch.
Not seen this issue on my PS4 but I have received random error codes, normally unplugging the power for a minute fixed most non network errors. My biggest gripe about the PS4 is that damn controller battery life,and light. I was thinking about buying another one but I think its best to wait until they come out with a revision probably later this year.

If I'm not mistaken the audio DSP circuitry is built into both XB1 and PS4 GPUs so yeah that makes sense to me along with display corruption. I don't know if the USB controller is built into PS4 APU as well, but I can see Sony doing so since all next gen uses MPU/SOC/APUs to control cost. If the GPU is overheating its only logical for one third of the chip to affect the rest of the processor.
Well some months like November and December I've purchased that many games or more depending on Black Friday and other bargain bin sales. Again I like trading my games in when I'm done, I don't like having old games on my account like Steam. When I'm have done I like to recoup some money back instead of the game being a lost cause I can't even give away.

No, I'll keep my ability to trade in games when I'm done with them. Besides my ISP (AT&T) cap is 250 GBs, with the size of first generation titles I would hit that limit if I purchased 5-8 games or so a month.
They should remove Kinect, putting that damn thing in only drove up the cost decreasing budget for more important processors like the GPU. Make it optional, my fiancée enjoys it for Zumba, but beyond that I have no use for it.

Agree, KI does look play much better in person, especially on Samsung high end plasmas. The only thing I'm disappointed with KI is KI classic. I would have liked MS to at least render the game in 720X480, oh and the stretch does not seem to work, still letterbox in the middle of my screen.

Agree, nothing really to play at this point in time. Had PS4 since launch day, only purchased 2 games with 2 more free games from PSN Plus. Picked up XB1 the day after Christmas and so far I've purchased 6 games, loving all but 1 (Crimson Dragon).
I will probably buy Watch Dog on the PS4, Infamous is a maybe, didn't care for Infamous 2. Metal Gear Prologue is coming out in March I think for $40, The Order looks good, but biggest game I want right now is Final Fantasy ...
I ditched my PS3 for $100 to get the PS4, big mistake.
I like Fulgore redesign, looks like the new Robocop movie, but I didn't care for spinal not one bit. I did like his stage, looks to have a lot going on in the background. I hope Double Helix bring back finishers and stage finishers. Anywho I was hoping for TJ Combo and Inferno, but I'll take Fulgore in the mean time.
