I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more "odd" articles pop up, especially between now(the day before launch) and the next few weeks.
It better be.
What's funny is how some people have convinced that relying on a remote computer far far away is better than having a powerful console of their own.
"cloud", the whole thing is mostly water vapor.

In about 7 years or so (provided there are revolutionary changes in battery and chip manufacturing processes) you might be able to buy a tablet that runs my current laptops games/software.
Comment placed from my 16GB Ram(+vRam) 3.0 GHZ+ Quad Core 8 thread Laptop.
Yes, the title is total BS.
"mobiles" have battery limitations, thermal limitations, space limitations, ventilations limitaitons. Not to mention the current difficulties making chips smaller than around 20nm.
But even what he said is BS to an extent:
"I would be willing to bet that by the end of this console generation there are going to be mobile processors that far outpower them."
So he's essentially...
Haha cool.
I might be disappointed if I actually took that site seriously.
Kind of a silly headline.
It's going to be like watching a fireworks show, only possibly more fun.
@seraphim:
Even funnier are the airheads who claim they will "kill" home consoles, laptops, etc., as if they can't coexist.
They always forget to mention that consoles and laptops have fans, better batteries/power supplies, more space, less thermal limitiations, etc.
We hear, "bu bu but the new tablet processor is almost as good as the 7 year old PS3 hardware" and that is pretty much the extent of their reasoning. Sure and if t...
@vitullo:
Makes you wonder about the people that are putting that kind of bs out there.
BTW congratulations to Nintendo on the massive success of their latest dedicated handheld gaming device. I hope the Vita is does just as well, along with the next gen consoles, and PCs for that matter.
So it's another preplanned comparison using goto canned talking points.
I'll probably save the 4G bandwidth for now and thanks for the warning.
Ah tut tut not so fast.
The Patcher rule of opposites doesn't always apply if he's stating something totally obvious.
He's about as whimsical as the average shopper:

It also has a kotakuesque smell to it which is interesting considering what you stated above.
Nice another opinion piece.
Love the clearly retaliatory headline too.
@ mhunterjr: "All reviews are opinion..."
....and some reviews are "opinion pieces" as far as I'm concerned.
If this review is more than an opinion piece then the headline and description don't do it much justice. As if the headline wasn't enough reason to be wary, it's coming from a source that many of us question at th...
Knowing pachy anything is possible.
Keep it together soldier!
OT it's nice to see Mr. Yoshida is intelligent enough to understand that multiple unique control schemes can coexist with out destroying the other.
Pretty good promo video.
