Now that I think of it, it may not be a game indeed. I hope it is a game, tho. It could even be a PSN service related to PS3.
Guy, btw, years ago, we had this top secret Sony game, a BBC guy was shown the title and sworn to secrecy:
http://www.computerandvideo...
It was supposed to be due out in 2009, is it out yet? Is it one of the games around (Heavy Rain??) or is it this game..
I hope it is Eight Days or Getaway 3!
Uncharted 3 will come anyway, it will not surprise me. I'll just drool..
Looking awesome. I hope the track gets more reflective after it gets more wet, tho..
From what I've seen, it lets you adjust your viewing angle, not the seat. (Kind of like zooming from the same position)
I thought Socom 4 was third person, not a fps.
@Lukewind: I don't know if it grew more popular because KZ3 is on its way, but it is very easy to find populated servers in KZ2, however, we couldn't find a Battlefield BC2 server all weekend. (I like BFBC2 more than Killzone2, tho.)
What was the fiasco? I shop there too, with my credit card..
It didn't make sense to make the system closed anyway. Hacking the camera would not lead to piracy, and it is not as if we'd see big production pc games based on it that would cut into Xbox game sales. It would only result in more sales of the system, which is sold at profit. It was foolish of them to object it at the first place, I wondered why they did that..
Unless you need an exorcist.. How do you turn back, if you used the camera sideways and not on top of the TV?
PD cannot even implement rewind in replays. (I'm sure you'll disagree being able to rewind *IN REPLAYS* is a good thing)
I understand the hardcore players concerns that game should not have rewinds. But for replays? Who could argue with that?
Germany was weakened mostly by Russia. U.S. entered the war when it was most convenient for them, but since most of our history knowledge is based hollywood movies depicting U.S as the savior of world, it is easy to dismiss Russia.
This is not adjusting the seat position. This is zooming in. (The road gets bigger, the perpective gets scaled instead of staying the same)
a not so wiseman's logic is so screwed up, it doesn't even need a reply. Oh well, I'm replying anyway..
awiseman: So xbox users who do not pay for xbox live can enter online betas? No? I thought so. Oh they can't play online either. But people who don't pay for psn plus can play online..
Nice!
Tho I've noticed a visual glitch at around the 4th minute, the road dissappears for a second.
I laugh at people who were saying hacked kinects would not be able to do anything on PC's.
It will have more uses in time, and mostly it would be awesome for homemade robots to see around in 3d and navigate. Well, not only hommemade robots.. This could prove valuable even for high profile projects.
Dark King, I read somewhere that this game works with one move, and one sixaxis. It may be awkward, but it should get you through until you invest in a second move.. Please make sure of this before you buy it tho..
Then why don't they have any rewind in the replay function? If they can do it, and they aren't, it's stupid of them not to put it at least in their replay function (It wouldn't affect gameplay, mind you)
Wouldn't it be good to be able to rewind and watch key moments in a race from different angles, from different cars? Wouldn't it be fun to be able to view a nice drift or powerslide in super slow motion (like in prologue intro). Their replay function...
I agree with you, and I cannot imagine what superlatives fans would use if Gran Turismo featured crash physics half as good as Codemasters titles.
Codemasters crash scenes still look good even at super slow motion, they have an excellent rewind, slow motion feature for their replays btw, which is no small programming feat.
@thatartguy: Kungfu game does not use the move. If the game is running 60fps, it would benefit from PsEYE's 60fps video, though.
