Capture the Flag mode inclusion makes me a happy pilot.
It's not perfect but it's a load of fun. Um, isn't that the point of these things? To be fun? I don't expect perfection with every game I play. If it's fun to play and the controls are spot on, then I'm most likely on board. If people are looking at Titanfall to be the end all, be all perfect shooter, they're bound to be disappointed. If it can provide someone with hours of fun, which the beta has already proved is definitely the case, then what more can anyone ask...
You had one bubble, ONE bubble and that's how you choose to spend it? Yeah, it's a free country and all that but come on. Be productive.
Video games are going the way of the movie industry, which is already pretty much set to implode. As these AAA titles keep getting released with huge budgets, the sure to be consistent failure of many of these titles is going to cause an effect on the gaming industry similar to what big budget flops are doing to the movie biz as we speak.
At any rate, I think I'm done with console gaming after this gen. Wouldn't be surprised if next gen will move into something different, what that would be I can only guess. I think that the age of the physical console is now in its final act. These things cost their respective companies way too much cash to support as it is at this point.
Stopped playing the beta early, that way I can save my efforts for the retail version and have all my acquired XP count for something.
Well, if anything you've given me more of a reason to ignore the "hardcore" fans of the PS4 because from what you're implying, their opinions don't mean squat! And it also sounds like you're saying that most PS4 fans, like yourself, would want to see the game on the system. Gotta give you credit for being able to admit that so freely when so many others would deny that to their graves.
Ryse definitely didn't get a fair chance going into its release. That game is actually a lot more fun than people would have you believe. And it looks pretty nice also.
God of War?!?! Ryse is NOTHING like that game!
Shame on me for using N4G, among other gaming outlets, as a reference point. Of course I'm not going to be able to give you an exact figure of how many Sony fans aren't interested in the game or have been trash talking it. Saying that though, have you actually paid attention to the commentary floating around this game on the boards/forums/etc.?
I don't know why Respawn would want to bother making this for the PS4 considering how the majority of its fanbase has been trashing this game left and right since its reveal.
I was just telling my peeps about how I've never seen such confusion in regards to how one side of the fence feels about a particular game. This game is so hot right now that the Sony fans are ignoring their own upcoming exclusives just to either bitch about it, dismiss it, beg for it or trash it for its resolution specs.
Your comment actually made me LOL. Thanks for the laugh!
Bazinga!
That's funny, I thought it was the E3 reveal trailer itself that got everyone hyped up, not MS throwing wads of cash at trying to hype the game. And you haven't played it, have you?
The GTA IV Collector's edition was awesome. The safety deposit box alone was worth the $90 and I still use that thing.
Halo 4 gets a lot of hate, which I can't understand. I absolutely loved it and I thought that 343i did a hell of a job taking over from Bungie. I have a feeling Halo 5 is going to be insane!
Halo 5 has nothing to worry about. There are people out there waiting for that game specifically to release before they get their XB1.
It feels smooth as silk. The alpha controlled fine but the beta feels even slicker.
Kinda sad that all we're getting is articles about how much more powerful the PS4 is compared to the XB1. When are we gonna get news on you know, actual games for it?
