This is why the uproar over 1080p/60fps isn't going to help anyone. With PS4 fans beating everyone over the head with this incessantly, it was bound to bite them in the ass like it has now. At the end of the day, it makes no difference to me but with all the showboating, it kind of makes those that were touting the PS4 as this non stop resolution beast eat a little crow.
The music that plays during the character creation segment is my absolute favorite:

Wait, what promises on the Cloud did MS make that fell through? We haven't seen too many general games released on the XB1 and only two of them are making fair use of it, Forza 5 and Titanfall. System hasn't even been out for six months, what are you expecting? Speaking of making promises that haven't come through, you should look at this: http://www.co...
Ryse took pretty long for me. Between a half hour and an hour if memory serves me.
I liked Dragon's Dogma's soundtrack quite a bit.
Seems like people disagree with you. Biased corruption and blind fanboyism isn't so bad in their eyes, I guess.
They should take away the agree/disagree system in place here on N4G because all it's doing is showing how unbalanced the community is here. Anything pro-MS gets downvoted into oblivion, even if it's a perfectly logic and correct statement.
Funny how the most logical response in here gets disagreed with heavily.
And in related news, Jim Sterling continues to be proven correct in his theories.
I'm glad that I don't feel the need to post a snarky remark about this.
I just had a flashback of the endless heated debates I had over which console had the better version of Street Fighter II: Championship Edition, the SNES or the Genesis. Even then, while the SNES had the prettier and better sounding version (the Genesis version sounded God awful with some really rough voice samples), I always preferred the Genesis version due to the controls and the insane speed of the gameplay. Those six button Sega Genesis controllers made a world of difference.
Absolutely. Bubble up.
If that were the case, wouldn't they get rid of the other options like the one year, three month, etc.?
I don't think it's the industry so much as it is those who feel the need to justify their system purchase to everyone else.
Actually, WAY more information has been spilled on Quantum Break than there has on 1886. And quite frankly, what they've revealed for QB sounds pretty awesome. Plus, Remedy has a proven track record with Max Payne and Alan Wake so what you're spouting is just pure bull and you're the one who sounds like a fanboy, not me.
With 1886, I'm not hearing anything or seeing anything to catch my interest. Jeez, just because I'm not crawling all over a PS4 game, th...
As good as the series is, shouldn't they be concentrating on new IPs and all that? Is this what the future of gaming is gonna look like? Uncharted Collection HD? Hotline Miami Ultra HD? Halo Saga 4K? What's the point of backward compatibility then and services like Playstation Now?
This isn't knocking Sony, just the trend in general.
My advice to anyone playing this or planning to, is to set the difficulty on Hard immediately. It's not ridiculously insane but it feels just right.
Good that they fixed the weapon select because it was god awful on the PS3. That was a damn good game. I'll definitely pick that up when I get around to getting the PS4.
Fair enough but like I said before, next to nothing was shown on this game and people were excited about it for reasons I couldn't tell you.
This is definitely a game to watch out for. Something tells me that they're going to be doing some cool stuff with this title. And now that 343i has reached some kind of comfort level with the series, I wouldn't be surprised if they pull something special out of their hat with Halo 5. Can't wait for E3!
