Wow, it's taken nearly 3 years for GTA4 to reach 20 million, Modern Warfare 2 did that in 6 months. Just shows how massive the COD brand is even over juggernauts like GTA.
Why would they tap into one market and abandon another? The hardcore audience is just as big as the casual audience, they are obviously maximizing the potential of both. You really don't have a clue do you.

Wouldn't be surprised. Bare in mind that Rockstar North (Rockstar's main studio) are supposed to be working on Agent, but if Take Two are wanting GTA5 sooner rather than later, it's going to be put on the back burner unless they give it to another studio.
So now we know that there will be buildings in Agent.
That's like saying it's fine to buy pirate games because you didn't pirate them yourself. You run a fine line with piracy, these people deserve everything they get.
