They don't venture into a diverse library of games like the other companies because the demographic for the 360 is young, male, slightly brainless, and suffering from a innate desire to kill. This is why it is the console for shooters and the like.
The exclusives this gen have been some of the best games to ever be played. Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 have surpassed anything on the consoles in terms of graphics and game play and inFAMOUS shows you just what an open world game should be like. Even some of the downloadable titles this gen have shown us that DLC can be awesome if done exclusively. Multiplatform games typically are made in the cookie cutter fashion and either show little in way of innovation or are simply lackluster copies of...
This past week the media had an over dose of good news for the PS3 and now they need to take it back a notch and spit some negative news. Too bad that Bayonetta won't even be considered for any GOTY awards when the time comes. These games get soon forgotten and when GOWIII comes out, not a soul will even remember Bayonetta.
Torchlight is awesome. It brought me back tot he Diablo days in minutes of playing it and is much more fun IMHO than TQ. I love them both but if I had to take my pick, it would be Torchlight.
Knowing they have done such a horrible job in porting it I will have to just skip it entirely. Sorry, but I agree with the idea of not supporting money grabbing tactics and on top of that there are too many great games out there to put up with pathetic ports. This game was never enough to get me to turn my 360 back on. Besides, when does GOWIII come out? It's only a matter of time when we get to play the real deal and not just another imitation.
Two things. People still love the FF series and Square can make big bucks on the PS platforms. Hopefully they learned a lesson here that the PS3 is the place to bet their game successes on. Sorry, but the last few years of lack luster sales and titles from Square on the 360 have really given them a black eye and with this success it is clear that the Japanese want two things, Final Fantasy and their PS3. Together is even better.
Two things, I think you meant 2010, not 2009.... And secondly, two games will hardly help MS own a year. Their entire line of games will be the deciding factor and for posterity sake I will toss in the notion that Natal might help. Now, IMHO they have some heavy competition and to say that anything MS does this upcoming year will help them "own" the year seems a bit naive. I hope the best but when the reality cramp sets in, I think Halo won't save them against what the competition h...
It just lacked that storyt ham made Diablo so great. There is something to be said about Diablo that none other can duplicate. Have you tried Torchlight?
If MS does anything more than they did in 2009, it will make 2010 a bigger year. They had a poor 2k9 and hopefully they have a much better year in 2010.
I have been wanting the new Diablo for years now and am sick of waiting. I know I want it to be done right but this is getting ridiculous. I am at a point where I will ignore all news about the game and hopefully forget about it then when it is released I will be a happy camper.
And let me tell you, there are very few people in this world with fewer brain cells than them. They were asked some of the most basic questions and they failed to deliver. They are hot looking chicks with no brains and dudes with more gel in their hair than Osha would alow me to wear at work due to the fire hazard issues.
And a dollar short. In the end, waiting over 18 months for the full number of DLC packs to hit the market is pathetic and completely destroyed the basics of DLC. They should have followed the DLC layout of Fallout 3 and released the DLC as fast as possible. Oh well, the base game was not that good anyway so any DLC is bound to be equally as bad.
it seems every time they do another VGA, they make gamers look like douche bags that want nothing more than lights and glamor. Sorry, but including the Jersey Shore douche bags this year was pathetic and his reason for doing so was even worse.
A game is not considered AAA for review scores alone. It is in fact the description given to games by publishers and developers for both reasons of cost of production and media hype. In the end, you can have a AAA flop or an AAA success. MAG does not look like something I will play so here's hoping that Sony does well with it.

And deserving of bubbles.
It's foolish to have a personal opinion of game genres and to decide for one self that a game is not for them. Very foolish indeed!

You two will be missed...

Gaming online is still free and if that is all you want, like me, then you pay nothing. But I do have to admit, these features are quite appealing.

But I was a nerdy guido. Sorry, my six pack is in the brown paper bag on my kitchen counter and not under my t-shirt.
