I am looking forward to this title more than many of the others coming in the same time frame. Can't wait to play it. If the dev stays true to their style, this game will be awesome.
They have the bundles rubber banded together near the consoles. I thought it was a smart move on the store's part but now that Sony is making it official, this is even cooler.
Some may have failed economics here but not me. Having studied economics and sociology, I can see just exactly why the fanboys enjoy seeing sales of their favorite console. I also see how the PS3 is still in the lead world wide so please, don't talk trash unless you have the wisdom to back it up.
No sir, what's hilarious is the 1:10 ratio in sales that the PS3 gets over the 360 in Japan. What we have seen this November in North America is a slight giggle but not quite hilarious.
Some good news Bacon, I was in a lobby this past weekend where I spent a few solid games with a few guys who said just that, good game no matter win or loss. The good guys are there but it may be a few months before the idiots get bored with MW2 and move on to the next new hype. COD4 was ok at the beginning but it was not until the second year that the game had so few idiots and their trash talk. Give it time.
You're not missing much. I have a gold account still and never touch it. The Live experience is one of the most over hyped bloated online services and is easily passed up for the free online services of both the PC and PS3 IMHO. Why pay for something you get for free everywhere else?
No, it would not have sucked. In fact, it would have been appropriate. You don't just ignore a game because it has received several awards already. They should have given the action adventure award to Uncharted 2.
They had them like mad in COD4 but you learn to just leave the lobby or find the cheaters. Either way you can always find a way to counter them. It just takes patience.

I have a gaming PC too and will play the majority of the "360 exclusives" on that. As for Alan Wake, not sure but I am not all that interested in playing Alone in the Dark 2... Sure this lineup looks good for the 360 but it goes without saying that it looks good for PC too.

I did just that. With the price of the SLIM I just could not pass it up. With multiple HDTV's you canno go wrong buying a PS3 for each, especially now that you can transfer data from one to another and play BD movies. It's just a great value for the price you pay.

No hype? Sorry but what were the comics all about? What were the videos we downloaded from the PSN or Live about? Sorry but I thought that the game was hyped quite a bit. The difference was that it was hyped correctly and not by some ad on a can of mountain dew.
