I wonder which of these games that we have seen and will see, end up being this gen's Agent? Just like any number of other games we have seen at the beginning of a new console cycle, you got to expect that one of these will be M.I.A in five years.

Super Mario U is a great one that reminds me alot of Super Mario World on snes. When ran in 4k@60fps on pc, it's hard not to love it.
Lol, a 1080ti will absolutely smash anything @1440p, 100-120fps now. If that is as high as you are aiming, grabbing a 2080 super for cheap after the 30 series launches would be your best bet.
Well theres nothing wrong with you enjoying it! I just didn't care for the "souls like" gameplay. I thought their character customization was half assed. The scene with the AT-AT was the most memorable in the game and that was fairly early on, so I got bored of it by the near end. I would have liked a Forced Unleashed style game better. Like I said, a step in the right direction. Well maybe a stumble!
They believe that because a game can be scaled across multiple hardware setups it automatically will not look as good as it "could have" because it has to be able to still run on the old gen. What they fail to understand is that last gen went with x86 architecture, which is what the next gen will be too. This will allow games to be scalable just like pc games. Now ask yourself "Are pc games held back graphically because they have to be able to run on older gpu's?". ...
Because Disney is an idiot and let EA have an exclusive contract. EA knows there are no other Star Wars games coming from any other publisher, so they can just piss away opportunity after opportunity without any repercussions. Fans are hungry for Star Wars games and will chew up any scrap that is thrown to them. Fallen Order might have been a step in the right direction, but it was still a shit game.
I agree, why would you care if it doesn't affect you. The pro and x1 models had no effect on the games released on the base models.

The market is what sets the price. If people are not buying and overall spending in the gaming market drops, that is when you will see a change in pricing. Right now millions of people are buying in at the current price model. Also the standard asking price of $59.99 for a new title has not changed for 20 years. The profit margin gained through the digital sale has probably fended off a base price increase. That and companies have found other ways to draw revenue from a game through dlc and ...
Weight is not bad, but it adds 6-7in in overall length. Definitely takes a hit in portability, but adds tremendously to playing any fps on the switch. I love mine and wouldn't go back to the OEM controllers.
This is the exact same nonsense everybody was saying before the ps4 and x1. Compare god of war or gears 5 with anything last gen and tell me there wasn't a huge jump. Now it might take a couple of years in the new consoles life cycle, but I guarantee you will see things on these new machines that will put this argument to bed. Hell there is a huge step up from 1080p to 4k by its self.

It has no graphics settings other than rez change and a standard performance, original, and enhanced setting. Kinda disappointing for graphic whores like myself.
