Cheapest the Amazon link shows me is $19.99 for digital. Its shows 23.99 for disc. NO $9.99 any where.
I think a Maximo, Medevil, or a Crash Bandicoot that looks like the new Ratchet and Clank would be fantastic. Seems all the good platformers were left in the PS2 era. I would love to see some of these return.
The true mind behind Fable left Lionhead a few years ago when Fable went kinect.
R.I.P. Fable
It's really simple, make a good game and people will buy it. None of the other stuff matters.
4p coop gives the game longer legs.
I love the Gears series, but I am tepid about this one. Every good game that has had a different developer work on a sequel, has not turned out to be as good as the original. Halo 4/5, Gears of War Judgment Day, COD MW3, Fallout New Vegas, Batman Arkham Origins, GOW Ascension to name a few.
I'm not saying they were bad games, they just never lived up to the hype their predecessors established.
It could only muster a little over 12m in world wide sales in 4yrs. I would say the console is dead, how ever its games will live on through the NX.
I agree. I disliked the first mission so much I have not even tried the other ones. It wasn't even worth the skill point.
Sweet. I just wish a talented developer would make great Turtles game. I would love to see Rocksteady give the Turtles the Batman treatment.
Well those expectations were only set by a game of similar graphic quality released a year ago. I guess my argument would be if one game can do it why can't the other? Now I admit the first week the Witcher launched I could not run it on max, but by the 2nd patch I could.
IMO this game looks no better than Witcher 3 and my card will run it full tilt even with the Nvidia hair works on. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to run this on MAX settings with a 4gb card. But my 4gb 290x can't handle the MAX texture setting. Game stutters so bad its unplayable. It's BS
Well they could be just trying to gauge interest in the project. They could be trying to land a big name publisher. 50-100,000 pre-orders this early on would be a great sales pitch to a publisher maybe sitting on the fence at this time.
Yeah, the Vive is the one that interests me the most. Steam support and the 110 degree view is the tech candy for me.
Is it me or does this game feel alot like the Batman series? The grappling hook is what gives it that feel. Swooping down and taking out an enemy and then quickly grappling back to the roof tops. Hell you can even tight rope between buildings and drop down on your foes.
Great game though.
Only if they don't gimp the experience in an effort to undercut the competition. Doesn't matter how cheap it is if Sony cuts corners and half-asses it. I'm not saying they will, you just have to keep in mind that cheaper is not always better.
From every thing I have read, the Vive was suppose to be the most expensive of all 3 head sets. Given Occulus is $599, it scares me to even think how much the Vive will be. If it can do VR and AR that might soften the blow.
I wouldn't mind all that. L4D 3 would be a true gem though! Mmmmm...gaming goodness.
I don't expect that roster, but Second Son, Wolfenstein, Knack, The order, Gone to Rapture, Rayman, Tomb Raider, The Evil Within, The Last of Us, Metro or Drive Club would all be a nice departure from "Arcadefest"
Got them free with the Battlefront bundle. Super Star Wars is the only one worth playing.
Given MS recent sneaky underhandedness related to Windows 10, its clear they cannot be trusted. Its one thing for gamers to come out against a company, but you rarely see a developer do it. When you factor in that it is the CEO of a company that has been in bed with MS for a long time, it has to raise some red flags.
