The breaking weapons is fine, I feel they break to quickly. A minor tweek to that mechanic I think would quell alot of the complaints.
I think Hollywood will turn its full focus to video games in the future to harvest ideas for movies. Much in the way they have comics over the last decade. It wasn't all that long ago that comic book adaptations to film were not all that fantastic. The 80s Superman movies, The Hulk, The Toxic Avenger, Dick Tracy, Ninja Turtles 2&3 and some of those late 90s Batman movies to name a few. Once Hollywood struck gold with Spider Man in 2001. Hollywood seen that comics could drag in billi...
Yeah I'm sure your $400 pc can run it better right? More like your $400 graphics card can.
Bungie did want to focus on a new ip, but MS wanted more Halo. Of course to me Xbox is known for Halo, so it had to continue on the series. I just don't like the story arc of the new trilogy. Halo 4 still had the feel of Bungies touch, but 5 really got off track. Could you imagine if MS had let Bungie do what they had wanted, Destiny could have been a Xbox exclusive! Given how things worked out, I'm glad it wasn't.
It has everything to do with the big N. If there were consoles available at every retailer to buy, Gamestop would not be able to pull a stunt like this. Simply because you could go some where else and get one. But because the hand held is in short supply, Gamestop can do what ever they want, you will either buy it or do without.
Its nintendoes fault, don't launch a product without enough supply to meet demand.
They better hope adults always play video games, because who the hell else has the money to spend on it? All that dlc and season passes? I would like to see "little baby son of a bitch" shell out $500 for a psvr and another $400 for a ps4 pro. Plus $60 a year for psn and $100 month for internet. The games industry would collapse if adults didn't play games.
Yes the graphics are diluted, but that in no way deducts from the experience. VR puts you in the game unlike anything you have ever played. Things that are trivial on a 2d flat screen become things of wonder in VR. There is a scene at the beginning that puts you chin deep in some nasty looking water. The ceiling sits mere inches above your head. On tv the graphics just look good, but because the VR puts you there in that water, it drags your emotions into that scene. Then you start to forget...
I don't know why anybody would spend $60 on this ridiculous item. You can run a emulator with way more games on about anything from a old dreamcast, psp, tablet, phone, or any other modern device. The best part is it's free!
First rule of buisness, the customer is always right.
Doesn't really matter. Don't pre-order and wait for it to be out in the wild for a week. Then you will know all there is to know to make an informed decision on whether to purchase or not. People seem to forget you don't have to buy a game day one. If they don't want their games reviewed before release, let them watch their pre-order numbers tank and see if they don't change their tune.
When I first played the demo, it was cool and all, but was not RE to me. Now having watched these little clips I'm getting more and more exited about the game. Through these clips I am now seeing how the game is supposed to go back to it roots. The demo sure didn't convey this.
It is sad that game with such potential is marred by this dlc fiasco. Really I wonder how much of it is actually Bungies fault given they sold their soul to Activision. Its not like Activision has a stellar rep with customer satisfaction. I guess Bungie knew that when they signed that 10yr deal. Hopefully Activision realizes the lightning in a bottle they have and handle it better in Destiny 2.
Perfect reply to that! LMFAO
@gangsta Nice try! Unfortunately posting a pic of the guy straight from the PSVR unboxing video that is on gamestops website is pretty low.

If you face forward and hold the option button on the controller it does recenter the screen. Also look in to any bright lights on in the room that may interfere with the camera. I had the windows open on a sunny day and it messed with my tracking. Once I darkened the room, all problems stopped.
Actually they said all psvr games run @90fps min, and they target 120fps. I dont think they would gimp the graphics that much just to hit 60fps. I played it all day yesterday and had no problems with sickness. The graphics in the car and immediately around you looks pretty good, but the further out you look the worse the graphics get. Its sometimes tough to make out what is coming ahead.

I love gaming on my pc. To me it is the ultimate way to play games. I just hate the fact that I now add at least a month to all release dates. Because you simply cannot count on the game to run correctly for the first month it is in the wild. I don't understand the sub par standards for releasing a game on pc. This release now, patch later mentality needs to stop. There is no excuse for a console port to run better than it's pc counterpart on launch day. If it is not ready, don'...
How nice! Instead of a preorder going to somebody that actually wanted it, it gets snagged up by a greedy bastard with the sole intent to make a quick buck off the misfortune of others. Then have the audacity to come here and brag about it.
Nope, it will be Ben Afflack! LOL
