Except combat, story, setting, characters, etc
Judging by Unity's PS4 framerate, it wasn't a stunt
Good to hear that 1 article from videogamer about the performance being poor was wrong, or at least an uncommon experience.
Idk, my 100s of hours worth of enjoyment say otherwise.
I understand they want and have 60fps, but I'm sure people would still love splitscreen at 30fps. 30fps, you know like the rest of the Halo games. Seriously, the fans come before your pride, guys.
They'll never be able to bring back the global illumination, so it's kinda pointless.
A lot of it is grinding and it pretty clear that people like to grind. Looking back, that's probably some of the most fun I had in games like Skyrim, leveling and collecting.
They changed the commenting system from Disqus to Livefyre, which is atrocious. It makes it difficult to post gifs/images and impossible to follow a long conversation. Also, it's ugly and poor all around.
I was promised story and stuff. Essentially I got 3 hours of "Oh snap, it's the big bad. Let's kill him" and a raid for $40.
Man, between this and Gears, old games don't really hold up.
No, making new AAA IPs is a risk and EA doesn't do that.
Title butchering of the highest degree and old useless info to boot.
You know what irks me about this guy? That he banned comments on his channel. He didn't do it to protest, he just wanted an excuse to stop having to deal with non fans or here their opinions.
Of all the articles about Assassin's Creed Syndicate I've read today, this is the worst. It's built on comparisons with other series and fails to reach any sort of conclusion or opinion about the game. Despite the fact that "limited slice" was more like a 2-4 hour playthrough, as other publications have stated. Moreover if you believe "problems with Unity’s upwards and downwards mechanics" are real, you're just bad at it. Unity probably has the easiest free...
Really? How the hell are Call of Duty and NBA 2K16 on that list?
Lol, what.
Um, no. I've been playing in technical testing since Monday and it's gotten leaps and bounds better. Whereas it was impossible to play on Monday and Tuesday due to matchmaking sucking, a couple of patches have fixed that. I've gotten in 90% of the time today.
Don't make this news and let PETA here about this.
"Update", sure it is. I'm assuming it sucks so hard, they split it into 2 pieces so no one would be able to crack it and play it before the release date.
