Nothing comparable to the Wii on the HD consoles. And all either of you have given is purely anectdotal, which by and large means nothing, especially considering the Wii is still outselling both systems combined week in and week out. Honestly, from looking at hardware and software sales for the PS3, I doubt people are looking that hard to buy one in the first place. People in the market for a video game system are clearly choosing the Wii. As the Wii has more to offer than "cooking mama", but that title serves a purpose to somehow belittle or demean the buyers of such a title.

They will alienate a large portion of their fans as they bought a PS3 to experience what Sony initially wanted to offer. Owners of PS3 do not want to see their system gradually turn into a replica of a system they deem a toy.

This idea that gamers "graduate" to new systems is what they wish will happen, but in reality, like Sean Malstrom says, new gamers graduate to new gaming experiences. Chances are they graduate to these new experiences on their system of choice, in this case The Wii.
But people around here love to harp on anything with a negative outlook for the Wii.

I'm surprised people don't mention this more. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that high profile games never propell their system of choice to anything near Wii numbers. Hell Wii does numbers in June that the Ps3 would be lucky to do during the holidays.

It really does have that feel to it. I was at Comic Con and got some hands on time with it, it really does feel like something special. You can tell that HVS put alot of effort behind this title. I trust I will be seeing you online come June?;)

One of the most polished games this gen did not have multiplayer or online. Alot of games seems to rely on online multiplayer components for replayability. This does not affect my interest in the game one bit. The single player endeavor seems to be a dying breed. If the game is good and is indeed "revolutionary" then that is all I need. WM+ is pretty much all I need to be sold anyway. We'll see how it turns out.
