It was implied, can't help the article randomly added an update saying it will also be on IOS devices.

Eh, exclusivity for their game streaming platform sounds like a real dumb choice, IMO. Though won't hurt me, you would assume the argument of play anywhere would mean you can actually play .... anywhere.

Honestly, the game looked pretty good, really probably the biggest cancellation disappointment for me this gen. I know for most people it is P.T. though.

Honestly, I think the reason is two-fold:
1. MS doesn't often let their product lines die, so it is a safer bet to invest in the ecosystem.
2. Xcloud is a direct platform alternative where all purchased content can be used on your console, PC or other devices. Stadia is streaming only.

Basically, flexibility and brand strength. Google has done some really cool things, but they have really weakened their brand, at least when putting their name on a prod...

Yea, and Amazon absolutely blows both google and MS away, so if they ever were interested in doing so, they could compete. They seem to have dipped their toes in a few times, but could be interesting.

@rainslacker yea, that is how things work, more densely populated areas have the benefit of more advanced infrastructure. Not very hard to understand and not new. IDK where the idea that everyone needs to be able to have something or it shouldn't exist has come from...

I'll be honest, I truly admire adversity of culture and ideas, but the idea that diversity=race, or specifically that diversity just means adding a black guy or a woman to content just make no sense to me. It would be like if black panther added white character to make sure there wasn't too much "black representation" in the movie, not because the actor was the best part for the role, or added to the product, it wouldn't make sense. While I would be adamantly against int...

Nah, it is actually not that bad, been playing Tales of Vespiria on it. I don't play games on the go, so just played at home while the wife watched tv, and over Wifi, the quality was actually surprising good, not a single stutter, even though I actually had some latency spikes (not terrible spikes, but still) on the network, must be magic.

For me, as a screen replacement in the home, it isn't so bad, and a lot easier if I just want to pop it out and play on the cou...

Visually, but the gameplay is not my cup of tea, personally. At least not in relation to what I love about Final Fantasy gameplay generally speaking.

I don't get it, so noone is allowed to make a light sweep across a landscape now because someone else did it? Makes no sense to me. You guys find any reason to pounce it seems.

Gotta say, knew by the headline which console this author was using, PS4 players on average are just bad, and whiny. They always have some excuse for why they are losing. I know when playing, I always love seeing the crossplay controller icon next to names on the opposing team.

As for PC, I have seen no real advantage, they never appear to be dominating in any match I have played. Heck, even shroud and ska almost lost to a console player (formal) in what was basically a 2v1...

Yea it is correct perspective wise, still not great for gameplay TBH, but pretty sure most FPP games have this "issue."

Also, since when is 4 months of enjoyment an issue? Weird expectation.

Not to mention it is still the highest grossing game of 2019, just because it might be less than 2018 doesn't mean it is failing... let me know when it is running negative cash flow, then we can talk about failing.

That said, I wouldn't be opposed to it failing, not a fan.

The issue was blizzard was acquiescing to a communist regime opposing freedom and free speech because they are afraid to lose money.

To be clear, blizzard, the NBA, etc all speak out politically and oppositionally all the time in the US, because they have the freedom. Kind of Ironic, lebron james stood up for Kaepernick, campaigned with Hillary, complained about "shut up and dribble," but now says the "NBA is not political" and shouldn't give opinion...

Yea, people are acting like if you quit or get DCd from one game you get ban, quitting 1 game is 5 min, 2 in a row is 10. IDK after that, but if you quit more than 2 in a row, I have no real sympathy and it is only for comp matches, not quick.

Think the bigger issue is they don't have selectable play modes in quickmatches so you have to play comp to play certain or specific modes. Think that would be a better first step

@tk what part of what he said was against capitalism? Wasn't the point that they are afraid to insult China because it is a communist country, not capitalist and the leaders can stop them from operating in China rather than the free market? The opposite of capitalism.
