Very strong argument.
I would say this lawsuit has less merit than the others. My 4 PS5 controllers all see quite a bit of use and I have no issue, I have to swap out my joycons and Xbox controllers on a yearly basis due to drift. The xbox controller is the worse offender as someone who uses thek heavily as well as owning a pretty decent number of them, I have probably to replace (warranty or purchase) about 8 Xbox controllers as the drift makes it unusable for me. Whoch is basically like 80% fail rate. I have rep...
@Abizzel "As a developer in the industry, he has to hold himself to a slightly higher standard"
Completely disagree, he can have opinions and thoughts just like everyone else. IDK where the idea comes from that because he develops games he now has a different standard to live by, but that is crazy. He is just a guy.... like anyone else.
"His image is also the image of Moon Studios, so if people see his image as negative them when it comes t...
Here is his comment, I see no issues at all:
https://www.resetera.com/th...
Also, how is he just as bad? He literally never misrepresented his games and his reveals have always contained direct gameplay. If you don't like them fine, but they are literally considered among the top of the genre.

IDK, the stuttering on 60FPS is a no go for me. Definitely not grabbing on XBSX. I would take a solid 30FPS over 60FPS with stuttering or poor pacing any day.
To be clear, I would probably be playing the 60FPS mode, so the stuttering irks me way more than crushed blacks, if I was planning to play with ray-tracing seems very similar.
Honestly, it has become obvious the series X is hurting from dev time being split between 2 consoles. Because it should be A...
I am not diehard, but if I had to choose between the 2, Mass Effect is a no-brainer, I highly doubt the 2 are going to compete too heavily for market space TBH .
For me, despite being a remaster of an existing game, the amount of content is insane and playing the game with some more modernized gameplay mechanics and a new coat of paint is right on for me, having not played a Mass Effect game since 2.
It looks way more polished/upgraded than I expected, I was 100% expecting an up-res and shove out the door, this looks pretty awesome, definitely going to grab this and at least play 1 and 2.
Or they could just split loot pools for PVP and PVE. They ruin the whole PVE side of the game for a small subset of people who want PVP, if PVE gear and progress wasn't tied so heavily to progress I suspect the PVP side of the game would wither away.
You can even have strong or interesting weapons in PVE because PVP players, and the only feedback that ever makes it in is PVP player feedback. Hence sunsetting, nerfs, split player pools (no cross-play) and just boring bla...
How is Valve or any game dev a monopoly? Makes no sense. Meanwhile Google and Facebook get free passes. Like what?
This and Ratchet are my 2 most anticipated for first half, I know Ratcyet will be amazing, but I feel like this game has crazy good potential and the visuals are nice too.
Bungie: Instead of making new content, let's remove old content and rotate it back in and out with new power caps. We can call it balancing and noone will notice.
The issue is almost positively the CPU load, not the GPU load in the case of the Series X and the 3080 PC.
I bought Control on sale also, but honestly, I'm not too worried about it, happens once in a while, but even without Control, this month still kicks butt, all 3 games have unique appeal too. The best part about PS plus is they really aim to pick games you want to play, not always 10/10 games, but games you know you will try, especially since they are included with PS+.
@juk "Sooo like youre ok with gears 5 being $60 but free if you have ultimate game pass?"
WTF are you talking about? I didn't say anything about that. He said the game is free so MTX are expected, the game is not only not free, but is $70 for anyone without PS+ or anyone beyond this month. Including people who don't know they can claim PS5 games from the app, that are still trying to get a PS5. Not a hard concept, sorry you are confused so easily?
...
Geez, I know this site has a Sony bias, but it is kinda unbelievable you guys are trying to excuse this. Tha game is $70 for anyone without plus or who buys it outside of this month. No justification for this.
https://www.gamestop.com/vi...
$70 games price justification was to cover dev costs, guess not huh? Considering pushy MTX or DLC fully fund completely free games. I agree wholly that MTX should be cosmetic only (if at all, because working to unlock things is a huge part of the fun, for example, in Spiderman) and alter the actual gameplay in no way in a paid game.
I mean, I didn't like the original, (gameplay was just clunky IMO) so I actually like the new one better, but I would hardly call it the best game ever. Considering it has received the most awards, that is implied (if not explicit) to be the case.
I feel like the series is a bit overhyped IMO, even of the Naughty Dog properties I prefer Uncharted better.
Good to see a SP story driven game getting the limelight, we need more of that, so no complaints h...
I am just worried with how wide they are spreading the franchise. Game looks great, but it seems like they are rushing to milk it while it is big, and worried that might mean cut corners. Fingers crossed. They have pushed out so many RE games in such a short time.
They are literally releasing R&C in like a couple months.
I didn't read the article, and never played the original, but the remake is one of my favorite games, not even just on PS4. So if it is such a departure, I am left to assume it was all beneficial at least to me.
