A season pass makes sense when there is a lot of planned content. The idea of getting it all at a discounted rate is an option that some will easily jump on. Now, what I see as an issue is that season passes tend to be available WAY before any of the content is out. Season Passes should become available on the day the 1st DLC becomes available.
"Traditional" fighting games were designed with a joystick in mind... D-Pads were an afterthought until they made a home release. Now, as recently as 10 years ago that has changed in the US, but the Guilty Gears, Tekkens, SF4s (SF5 hasn't received an arcade port) and more are arcade 1st, home 2nd, since Asia still has an arcade market.
but on point, yes, to control up/down/left/right movements and everything in-between, a d-pad is needed. I understand the reaso...
I understand the point of the :no spoiler" policy, I just wish they coded it by date... so let's say a month or 2 after release, you should be allowed to, not with a patch, but from the get go. By a month or 2 after release, any chance of the game not being spoiled online are slim to none.
strongly doubt it. It's not like the hot coffee mod/hack which unlocked something that was they pulled to avoid an AO rating. Considering plenty of M-rated games contain nudity. Even if there was a way to get these models in game, at most it could be re-rated M.
2 of your reasons are the same for all 3 consoles. If I log into my Japanese PSN or XBOX Live accounts, prices are different than the US. Pricing varies per region most of the time for the same game.
What Nintendo did do right was the fact that I can switch my account's region (no pun intended) and thus have all my games under the same account.
Love how people say it costs too much, and yet want more and more in it. Adding a glass screen would have jacked up the price. More storage, ram, different plastics, etc would raise the cost as well.
If the official product is by Hori, how is it Nintendo nickel and dimming people?
didn't say it didn't, but people shouldn't see scores as the sole reason to get a specific game.
The thing with reviews is that they are someone else's opinion, and no one has the exact same opinion as someone else. Similar, maybe, but not exact.
just disable HDMI-CEC on the switch.

So by no Sony support, I mean Sony has done nothing besides keep PSN working on it.... 3rd parties are keeping it alive, not Sony. What was the last Sony published game? When was the last time Sony had announced anything Vita at any conference? Not hating on it, as I love my Vita and have quite a few games for it, but most of my collection is 3rd party as Sony has ignored it for a few years now.
not to mention the simple fact that Sony hasn't supported the Vita in years.
No game will get a perfect score from EVERY reviewer. A review is just an opinion. Not everyone will agree on someone's opinion of a game. I'm a little over 15 hours in and I'd give the game a perfect score as I am having fun and it has managed to keep me playing beyond 4 hours.
What amazes me is sites getting DDOSed for not giving a perfect score or sites that give perfect scores being accused of being paid. If you love the game, great. If you don't, great...
If you go that route.... NEC with the PC Engine/GT and TurboGrafx 16/Turbo Express did this before Nintendo, with the same card based games on both console and portable. Sega followed afterwards with the Sega Nomad that allowed the same games on both Genesis/Megadrive and Nomad. Nintendo with the Super Gameboy put portable games on your TV, NEC and Sega put your TV games on a portable, which is more like the Switch.
Marketing 101: if someone has an issue, they will be 10x more vocal about it than someone who doesn't.
people seem to be having some luck with this http://n4g.com/news/2027449...
Dead pixels have been around for as long as LCDs have been and not all manufacturers consider it a defect if it's under a certain amount. While a hassle, option B would be to return it for an exchange, which can take a while. Last time I was stuck with a dead pixel was for the PSP launch. 2 dead pixels (as in dead, not a HOT pixel which is stuck a certain color) I returned it and had to wait a month for a new one.
9 titles in the US.... Been gaming a LOOOONG time... there have been MUCH weaker launches...
All I established is that some phones have higher resolution screens. That does NOT mean they are more capable.
Too bad the Shield has 1GB less ram than the switch. Also, for it to run switch games, it would need to kick the Android OS out of RAM. So, while streaming is possible (don't ever see Nintendo doing that) not all games would be able to run natively.
(yes, I own both a Shield and a Switch)
