Woof 2020 I have been waiting to make a trip to Universal Orlando because I thought they had the one in Japan already being built and 2020 was when Orlando was slated. Guess I'll just have to make 2 trips :)

Appearently you all don't know the difference between a game and a story. But I get it, appearently you like the heavy story games, that's cool. I like games that are fun regardless of story. I never played Chess because it had a cool story, it is a good game. Games should be fun regardless of the story, it's a game not a damn story.
I don't remember me ever defending MS or Nintendo in an article about them saying the same things.
I don't remember ever telling anyone what they can or can't do.
A good game has zero to do with a person's sexual orientation and race <- Should be the logic developers use.

You can't have it both ways. What type of stories do you think most white males are going to make? They didn't have to pander, that crap was natural, that is the point. The more people come out and say they are catering to demographics it just shows they are thinking about...

Or the devs could hold all players to the ToS and ban them for being jackholes. There is very little punishment for "toxic" players. If devs cared they would actually be better in the way they can monitor, check, and enforce rules.
But devs really don't care.
I thought there were already games that did that. I am going way back in my mind but I swear that there was a game where when I unlocked an achievement that I got a cosmetic for the avatar. I can't for the life of me remember what game it was...

Sure, I wasn't all excited, I literally just quoted a comment about changes coming to the engine for Fallout76 and the future. If it looks like garbage then it's garbage regardless of what they 'improved'.

The things he brought up are parts of the "backbone" they are replacing the backbone modules to make the editor better.
Lighting, rendering and physics are the backbone not how do we put these pieces into the world's.
Or killing an NPC only to have it say (You just killed an important person reload the game or you will not be able to finish the quest line) Rather than "kill" them only to have them stand back up later. I know people hated it but I liked that it was a broken system game. Some of the systems made the game really easy like the recall and levitate spells. Disastrous from a game play perspective but so enjoyable.
I dont think they really ever consolidated it though. That is what I wanted, to play the fun games that the 3DS gets that arent as full blown as Switch games. But I dont see much coming to both. I wish they would though. Turn all the 3DS game devs into Nintendo *Arcade (Needs better name but I am just spitballing) and release the same type of games as the 3DS got or let them try to make some better styles but ultimately release a bunch of $40 games. This article nor Google rumors have made a compelling case of "Why" as in why would anyone buy the console? Even if streaming becomes the way of the world why would anyone buy Alphabet Soup over Sony, Nintendo, or Xbox when all of them would be able to do the same thing, or at the very least within a small time frame that would prevent people from jumping ship to a new "main" console.
