1) I said it was realistic, it will be played and enjoyed by millions, but its not Uncanny Valley.
2) Please, go visit any Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves or State of Decay 2 article and tell me you dont see people downplaying the games.

Or most of us just understand what "uncanny valley" means and are pointing out that the author is using it incorrectly and the rest of you are defending an author who clearly has no idea what it means, didnt defend the statement anywhere in the article and has a bad editor as well.
I agree it's very realistic but that's not what the term "uncanny valley" means.
Uncanny Valley is when something fake is so real that a human finds it revulsive or gets uneases around it. If people want to play this game then by definition it can't be uncanny valley.
By these comments even if Sony isn't being cocky their fans sure are.

We can clearly see it's not uncanny valley because uncanny valley means people would be turned off by how it looks and everyone I know wants to play this game.
What if they release it earlier?
I hope they release it two weeks earlier.
Because gamers can't have two platforms with games they want to play for both.

Imagine a world where people played multiplatform games on multiple platforms and wanted to play them with others... Doesnt seem that difficult of a concept to me.
All this does is give gamers the freedom to choose a platform they want to play on and not be segregated from friends who may want a different one.
How I see it, anyone defending Sony is admitting that there is a large group of gamers who would rather play games on a different platform than PS4...
I have Game Pass so I can play Crackdown whenever, I will probably buy trials and wait for reviews to spread in before running out and buying Anthem or Metroid.
That just makes me more sad since I have bought a bunch Off of steam and still racked up a bunch on Steam.

That just goes to show how much better the SNES was then Genesis! It had the worse of the two resolution and still had the better gaming experience.

I find it funny that you keep saying PS4 users couldnt give a damn because I know quite a few who do give a damn... But then they arent PS4 only players, they are the gamers who own every console and PC and just like playing games... They are gamers not cultists like your "PS4 Users" you are trying to represent.
