When did lock up start being considered a 'minor glitch'? Used to be something that required a restart was a 'major glitch', and possibly a gamebreaker.
Fallout perfect or near perfect? Hardly. More opinion being passed off as fact.
You'll use the same logic when someone bashes Fable2's glitches, I'm sure.
I can just imagine the pimply faced kid with the 20 moustache hairs proudly displayed above a prominent overbite of yellowed teeth with remnants of his last meal still stuck in between texting his friends of similarly questionable hygiene about how he just broke it off in the ass of LBP, GeoW2, Resistance2, etc. Pathetic.
If this is in fact an issue with the retail version, I'm confident Epic will address it. Still a day one purchase for me.
When the PS2 launched devs complained about the difficulty of programming for the system, to the point of moving the franchise to another system, and look how that generation turned out for Sony. To think that Sony could have somehow forgotten or overlooked history, and didn't expect a similar 'learning curve' with the new hardware is foolish.
As the PS3 install grows, devs are noticing. I expect 3rd party exclusives of all types to disappear. A company will need to be pai...
'To me, I think Sony should care for the Third Parties that helped them through PSone and PS2'
Maybe you have that backwards. Let's try...
'To me, I think the Third Parties should care for Sony that helped them through PSone and PS2'
Who made money for whom? It really does work both ways.
Of course there's money paid for exclusivity. PSN is a similar means of distribution of DLC. What else would be their motivation to NOT sell additional units over PSN? They're already going to the trouble to create the content, the game is already on both platforms, so porting can't be the issue.
This is Microsoft's attempt to bring greater value to 360 versions of multiplats. If the DLC were free, the value would increase, regardless of the quality of the DLC, but that's u...
The phantom disagree obviously came from a Rays fan. Go Fightins!
Developers complained about how difficult the PS2 was to program for early on as well. The developer of Abe's Odyssey went so far as to move their PS franchise away from the PS2. Little has changed.
If Apple's products are so high quality, why can't they translate that over to the iPod? I've had two Nanos (2nd gen) die, one barely in warranty (still cost me like $35 to get it repaired/replaced) and one just outside. They're quality assurance seems to me to be on par with MS's hardware division, although my 360 took 23 months to RROD, which is a hell of a lot longer than my iPods worked, so I may have to give the nod to Microsoft on this one.
I'll be playing it tomorrow!
Looks great. Can't wait to see more.
Your head is so far up your ass it's amazing you can type. FACT.
But I can help you. Place both feet squarely on your shoulders and push real hard (though since you're already there check out your prostate first and make sure everything looks ok).
@ Pennywise
I did my part to address your concern with his bubbles.
Whatever she knows or believes will at least be hers. Joe Biden's thoughts or opinions on Sackboy and his politics will be just another plagiarism.
Hard to believe you only have one bubble with quality comments like that.
I think this is the first comparison video where the PS3s colors look more saturated than the 360s. Usually it's the PS3s colors looking more gray and washed in these comparison videos, so you may be right.
The question, with any console, is who has the most games you want to play, who has the exclusives you enjoy. Want Halo and Gears of War, the 360 is for you. Want to play MGS4 or LBP, you need a PS3. As for me, I want to play them all.
Yeah, Gears of War did horribly as a new IP. New IPs don't stand a chance.
The words 'Tech Demo' come to mind.
So Nathan, how's that new name working out for you?
