They are the best controllers out imo. I hate the PS3 one I have which feels like a toy (it's the old non-vibrating one).
One of the reasons I got out of PC gaming were all the upgrades in software and hardware you had to make to keep up or the problems you'd have running them.
Now this gen with the PS3 I've had my game saves deleted by an update, gone through several 360s, and am instructed to constantly update games and hardware. While this means I get some good new features, and maybe extends the life of the console because they don't have to release a next model, I'm constan...
@oz
The wii rugby league game involves movement to pass etc. but isn't as intuitive as a controller. Like Goldeneye 007 it would have been better on 360 or PS3. Luckily now the 360 and PS3 will get the RL game. Hopefully it gets the Goldeneye one too, but not likely.
Canadians and their ice hockey... :)
AFL? Too messy a game that one...(just kidding!)
The graphics still look sub-EA, but I guess that is to be expected. Better have offline multi!!!
I was never that fond of LA myself but certainly there is a lot around it to attract. California as a state has a huge diversity.
I doubt I'd get to e3 but the guide has a few good tips for smaller sites who will.
I actually really liked the older Burnout games and this one sounds like it is kind of like that...only on steroids. Maybe too much going on?
The demo video doesn't really show much, but this could be a bit of fun for casuals and Star Wars fans- funny article: I can imagine all the invisible lightsaber-waving and people making the "zeeeeuuuuu, zeeeuuu" sound with the game.
The benefit of waiting is that the price will come down and you'll see more software out for it to decide!!!
I'm thinking the same way as I did with Blu ray and HD Dvd...wait and see...
I personally doubt it, but it's great that the game has a supporter in you, because it does have some great ideas, particularly the timed conversation.
It needed more polish and creative level design.
Their problem was that it was taking so long to get it out and right after E3 with all the focus on newer stuff, it would have been lost. But still, it wasn't very polished.
From what I saw of it, it would have made a better game without the shooting and just doing conversations and seeing where your responses took you!
Apparently there was an article awhile back saying you could still sit down with Kinect.
And yes that plastic-looking ball looks ugly on the Move. In either case you're going to look a bit of an idiot waving things or arms around.
If the games are fun though, then that's what counts. Sorcery looks good for Move.
I've been there...and it is exactly like that!
That's why you need lots of save points and short burst gameplay.
Do you mean tricky as in difficult?
Does it have only split screen co-op or is there offline multi as well as online?
This game looks great! Half the XBLA games I don't ever hear about...didn't know this one was coming!
Only Nintendo still rely way too much on their cast of cartoon characters. Besides their 3DS (which is interesting but perhaps a bit flawed (analogue on same side as dpad, 3D effects not always great, and both small and bulky) there wasn't much new.
Goldeneye is great but would have been better on the 360 with a wireless controllers rather than a wiimote or wired controller on the Wii.
Plus there is the technical difficulty they had with Zelda.
...
Yeah- can't say Call of Duty/ Modern Warfare does anything for me anymore...I still think a United Nations game focusing on the battles the UN nations have joined together to deal with through history would give diversity in locations and weapons.
Art book...sound interesting. To be included into next AC3 Limited Edition, or sold separately?
I'd like to see an art book not just with different assassins but different time and places it could be set in...landscapes as well in other words.
