After showing some unbelievable (literally unbelievable) screenshots, it's gone completely under the radar. The game seems interesting enough, but this 48 hours thing bothers me.
Does that mean they'll pull a 'Dead Rising' on us, where the 48 hours is speeded up and you have to complete the game with that timer running in the background, or is that 48 hours just a timeline without affecting the actual durance of the game?
I really can't stand games that you have ...
Now if you had the HQ video it'd be worth the repost, imo.
Anyway, the game looks stunning! Really incredible graphics and atmosphere.
Now I think it's funny! ;)
Or anywhere for that matter. Atleast, from what I've gathered.
I hope this won't hinder ME 2 and 3 from releasing. :(
Uncharted sales aren't all that convincing either. COD4 and AC really seem to be the holiday hits!
It just felt awkward control-wise imo, and I HATE snow levels. Nothing but snow, snow, snow! :|
The mech implementation is pretty well done and some of the creatures look awesome, but overall it just doesn't appeal to me, at all.
"Ya know, things break."
Hehe, that really pissed me off. Can't stand the man ever since. :P
Game looks great though.
Not really though.
Though, we have yet to see what this game's really all about. But so far it looks very promising.
I loved Crackdown and although this does head for a slightly different direction, it still gives that same kind of vibe. Can't wait for some more solid gameplay footage on this one!
If I remember correctly, Bioware were going to do a project for the PS3 as well. So you might not want to get rid of that PS3 just yet. ;)
Though, it would be a lot more interesting if the game would release within the next 50 years. :P
Even I could've figured it would be 2009! Lame.
Looking forward to seeing what they can make of this game on the PS3, can't wait for some gameplay footage! :)
The gameplay variety is already somewhat lacking and story is about as deep as they come and the amount of dialogue in this game is INSANE. Seriously, the last thing this game needs is more of that!
Also, the combat isn't that bad! It's not great, but it's decent atleast. I actually think there isn't enough combat. Everytime your doing one of the main plot missions, the combat's already over just when you were getting into it. I think the combat is pretty fun and people are ove...
Colour me very interested, but I won't get too over-excited yet. Mass Effect promised lot's of stuff as well while not delivering on a lot of them.
I just love sci-fi action RPG's, so I'm praying this will deliver!
I could do with a bit more platform/puzzle games. There's just not enough going on in that genre, imo.
A little (ok, a lot of) AA, a tad colour-correction, a bit of contrast-correction etc. We all know this, so what's the big deal.
And besides, we've seen the game in motion and it looks just as good as these screens, sans the AA. So I really don't get what all the fuss is about.
Now, if they would show CGI and claim it was ingame, that would've been a different story.
Hmmnn....nevermind. :P
Sure, the graphics are better and I never said they weren't. But they're certainly not "much" better. That's why I find them disappointing.
Condemned was a launch game, probably rushed and had not been developed on the 360 from the get go. You'd expect the leap to be much greater now, 2 years later.
There's your anwser.
Like a million times. How does this get approved I ask myself?!
I was just making an observation, and you immediately have to turn this into a pathetic 360 > PS3 debate.
