Yeah time does heal all wounds.
How many people doing spoofs of Lincon's assassination in the first few years of him being offed would've stirred up laughs? We see it pretty common now to make fun of that situation even with a movie like Zoolander a while back.
Honestly I could care less about realistic settings in games, because the reason I play videogames is for fictional fun. I'm glad when they borrow real life aspects, and try to make weight/motion feel right wh...
I'm really disappointed to be honest. I was really hoping for more weapons, classes, party system, and increasing the ranking system. Trophies for the DLC I hope is still going to be implemented.
2 new maps isn't enough to reinvigorate my addiction to this game. I hope for GG's sake these 2 maps are free, because I won't pay any amount of money for just 2 maps. 4 is the least I'll pay for if it's just maps, and the only exception I made was in COD4.
Bioshock still to date is one of the prettiest console games made. It'll have graphical updates here and there, but the jump will be the same as Gears 1 to Gears 2.
I mean if they made the game a PC and PS3 exclusive then they could do a bigger graphical jump, but that's just not going to happen. With that said I don't get how people expect to be WOWed by a HD video on your computer compared to what the game will look like on your big HDTV.
This is a big contender fo...
Adam Sessler once commented that the 1-5 star review score they do does not equate double its worth. So a game that's 4/5 does NOT mean it's a 8/10 to them if they had that 1-10 scale.
You should also know like you said Morgan Webb if at anything is a casual gamer. I'd go so far as to say she's not even that. It's why her opinion on any game not put on a Wii is null and void.
Also X-Play as a staff has weird game tastes. I mean 2008 GOTY went to Fable 2 which the res...
So if this game has terrible A.I and unrealistic controls, then does that mean people even in real life war situations are super idiotic and you really can flip a 270 degree angle into a head shot super fast?
I really want to see how big of a war simulator this game turns out to be, because since it's grounded so hard in reality that if they treat it more like a game it'll fail that aspect, and if they don't treat it enough like a game, then it won't be worth 60 bucks.
Wow how do I get the chainsaw in GTA? I mean I would've bought the game instead of rent it with that kind of a weapon to use.
I guess he must have had the Cliffy B edition of Rock Stars hit if he was chainsawing people in half. I've seen that flamer on TV before when I was at my folks' place and my mom was watching him. We both had a good laugh at his expense since he cries so much on his show about ridiculous crap. He deserves an Emmy for being able to deliver such a water works...
No the giant tank level is back in like chapter 7 or something like that. That level is easy as long as you think about 3 turns ahead. Finish off the foot soldiers on turn 1 with a sniper, then move everyone you can away from where the giant tank is headed. Hide them in trenches too, then focus on taking out all its turrents with your tank/lancers.
The end portion with Selveria and the giant tank is easy too if you just hide all your foot soldiers way back in the south east trenc...
Capcom's franchises sell the most on Sony's consoles in Japan, and to not bring LP2 to it would be money suicide.
I really am stoked for this game's release. I loved the first ones multiplayer a great deal. The story lacked for the SP, but had some great set pieces throughout to be enjoyable. The MP though was the meat of the game, and I hope LP2 just expands the experience. :)
I played the Yakuza 3 demo off the playstation store and for their sake I hope they don't bring it stateside. That game will get torn up in reviews.
The story could be incredible in it, but everything else about the demo was a very shallow and poor game. Whoever compared Yakuza to GTA was really comparing a bike to a lambo. I'm not a fan of GTA, but even I appreciated how well made GTA4 was.
Yakuza is a joke and can stay in Japan. If they port it over expect low sale...
Youtube chapter 13 man. Anyone who gets stuck in games for months obviously forgets the power of the internet.
Before the internet there was strategy guides. Before guides there was just massive level grinding. Odds are your characters classes are too low and your tanks aren't tricked out.
Do a lot of skrimishes and you'll be on your way.
As for VC2 hopefully they pick a better time to release it then at the end of the year where it got washed out under ...
Like others said who still plays this?
If I was a cop I'd be focusing more of my time on my job, duty, and family. Focusing on fictional entertainment worlds that borrowed a 3D image of the car you drive to do your job is meaningless to the point of where you should find a new career, because clearly you have your priorities in the wrong place.
500K USA is enough to warrant a sequel to be made and at the end of the day that's all I care about as a consumer. That enough people buy a game I enjoyed so that a sequel is made or that company can make new IPs.
I never expected Killzone 2 or the majority of games I get hyped over to reach giant sales amounts worldwide. I'm sure though the xbox fanboys will be here soon to call the game a failure because Halo3 sold millions upon millions muahahahahaahahaha.
Sales ...
That character models hair = girlish. More so than usual for a SE game male character. Hair up in pony/bun isn't exactly a B.A action RPG hero in my book.
If it was a new Chrono game though my brain would implode from win. :P
This games MP more than any other FPS is really going to be fast reaction times. Don't put the gun up to your face either as firing from the hip is more effective.
Join up in a squad with someone so you can spawn on their position so you have an extra spawn choice. Try to spawn on spawn points set out by tactician's so you can get to the heat of battle immediately.
If you see someone with a shotgun pull back and unload. The closer you are the easier the kill for them...
I think the best part about this DLC is it will actually be DLC unlike Capcom's unlock key codes.
I think more people will be blown away if GG offers the DLC for free. I mean free DLC that they actually worked on past the release date would be stellar.
Even if it is pay for DLC it's still probably going to get my cash since I know they spent their time to work on it after release based on what the fans asked for.
Edited:
Hard to tell if the images used in that box contain some in game or if it's all still just mock up drawings in concept art.
The upper left image looks to be in game and if it is could lead to a very promising game in terms of just art style.
I'm sure E3 will be when they draw up the curtains to unleash what they've really got planned for their game. It'll be an interesting one to pay attention to.
I did the exact opposite before K2 dropped to help with lowering the cost for K2. I somewhat regret the decision because Little Big Planet is a game I often played on lazy mondays. It's just a good game to kick back on to wind out a night or enjoy after a bigger game session and your friends sign off for the night.
I plan on getting it back used soon by trading in RE5 and Star Ocean: The Last Hope. Those games are completed without getting play anymore, so getting back one of my ...
I get why some people would disagree with me, because they see co-op as important, but I don't think it should be at the top of the list for those who own the game. Sure K2 co-op could squeeze a few more sales if people are really holding out on such a great game they could play only to do it with a buddy, but what about keeping the ones who already dropped the cash satisfied?
I think it's something a lot of us don't want to admit who have played K2 and enjoyed it, but it lacks a...
So pre-order for one ability in game? Not enough. Throw that+ an early demo and I'd drop the 5 bucks to pre-order it.
I knew something didn't add up when the screenshot shown was just concept art.
