I for one hate split screen. How is it fun having a condensed version for both you and your friend to have to squint at for shooting? Yes I have a HDTV and yes it is 46 inches and yes it's still a gimped way to play a game for split screen.

The other day I made Uncharted 2 my most anticipated game of this year hands down where as before it was in the top 5.
Now the game is my most anticipated game since Zelda Ocarina of Time. This game is so awesome I just cannot wait. :D

This game just went from being in my top 5 of most wanted games of this year to #1 on the list. The picture that sold me was the one where someone was scaling a wall to get up to whoever the lady in red is in the MP. The reason that gets me so excited is because ND stated that this time around Drake would be able to shoot even while climbing, walking tight walkways, etc so being able to gun people from walls to bring death below = amazing.

The thing with this game as being a sequel people assume Naughty Dog will be strapped for time to focus either more on SP or MP. The first one had to have an engine made for it which consumed at least 2 years of the development process. On the sequel all you do is tweak the engine to get more out on the hardware, so you can focus more on the SP and the MP. That's why sequels to games on the same generation of consoles takes 2-3 years.

There isn't that much to look forward to this summer, but this is one of the games that I'm sure will have people talking. I expect good sales for this game if the reviews support it with 8+ standings.
Based off the demo it's going to be a fun single player, and if the MP is fun well then day one buy for me. After I read some reviews I'll either buy it or rent it, because if the MP is whack then I'll buy inFAMOUS which releases just about the same time. ;)

It's cool to look back on it now, but honestly some games from back in the day aren't all classics or nastalgia of epicness. What was crap then is crap now.
If it isn't done through Dedicated Servers then all it means is the developer DOES NOT CARE about the game or the people who play it. That's the end of it. This isn't a RUMORED trilogy. Time in and time out Bioware has stated it IS a trilogy and was planned as one from the get go. ME2 is the dark part of the chapter they said. The story this time around will be much more of a dark and thick plot to open up the final chapter in ME3.
I'm picking up inFAMOUS to get at the MP beta for Uncharted. Whatever the type of MP it is I want to get my hands on it right away to see its potential.
Dead Space 2 just would probably benefit more from having a much longer story. Stretch it to 25 hours max so it ends up being 20-25 hours of insane tense gaming and you'll sell the game.

Yeah I suppose 40 is good considering it is multiplatform.
I just wish that game had more options on game types to play. I myself would still be playing BFBC if it had a game type for 24 players max with NO vehicles. A smaller use of map, team death match esque, and it was about the gunplay.
I played a fair amount of BFBC and the demo/beta on Live too, but in the end it was all about the vehicles and it seems the gunplay got left in the dust. :(
I bought the 360 version when it first came out. Some people in here hating on Fallout 3 as a game itself are retards. The game is a load of fun, plenty of content, and above all is a well done game.

As far as videogame developer Gods/Kings go, Hideo is the best in my book.
Every MGS game just comes in to curb stomp every other game up to that point in making the biggest use of the hardware it is put on.

I've wanted a PSP since Metal Gear Portable OPS, but it seems ever since then all people can do is rumor a PSP2. Well for me if E3 or Tokyo Game Show this year doesn't announce one, then I'll buy one used from Gamestop to finally have at the few PSP games I really wanted to play.
If/when a PSP2 DOES come out I'll be stoked. I really do hope for that phone feature, because I'm currently without a cell and this would fit the bill perfectly. :)
