I highly disagree with the artcle's #2 point:
#2 - Make loot more meaningful. The author says that theres tons of loot but all he needs is ammo and health?? Whaaaat!? I found every piece of loot in the Fallout universe to be worth something, even if nothing more than a handful of bottle caps at a vendor - especially when you have recipies/blueprints to make weapons and potions.. you'll wind up looking for coveted and abstract things like railroad spikes, steam guage...
NICE! Seattle Circuit has always been one of my favorite tracks in the old GT's! I went on a huge GT5 binge this summer for some reason, but once all the big sept-Nov releases arrived, I havent touched it. But this is a good reason to go home and fire up some endurance races on Seatlle Circuit!

What a great way to ignore the real issues like MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, BULLYING, and FIREARM REGULATION. Nah.. that stuff's got nothing to do with violent tragedies taking place. It must be those gosh darn kids and their videogames.
Also, When it comes to games, most of the games I've played over the years of this generation that have become my personal favorites were multiplat releases. The only games in my favorites that are exclusives are the Forza Motorsport series, the Uncharted series, and MGS4. Could care less about Halo, Gears, Alan Wake, God of War, Dark Souls, Killzone, etc.

Metal gear by far. I've never been one for handhelds, so it was nice to finally play Peace Walker on a big screen from the comfort of my couch. Which, by the way, if you havent played and your a die hard MGS fan, you NEED this story!

I havent finished the story line yet, but I'm loving AC3 so far as well! Granted there have been some parts of the game where the pacing fell behind the action a bit.
Also, I think some people (not all) are Hating on AC3 because it was set in Colonial America (And you know how the world feels about America) Even the Author of this article ends his AC3 rant by saying "at least they got the the civil war part right, so brownie points for not being completely anti-Brit...

At the end of the day, we know that it all just comes down to personal preference. I know that I prefer my 360 over my ps3 for just about every feature except Netlfix which works way better on ps3. I play just about every multiplat release...
I couldnt agree more! I only have consoles so I cant play ARMA or Planetside (have read reviews on both and they look awesome), but Battlefield is great for hunkering down for a good long competitive gaming session on a weekend. But CoD definetly offers a fun fast paced way to relax for a half hour before bed or something. There's definitley room for both games in the collection of a true competitive shooter fan.

1. Battlefield 4 was confirmed back in the late summer by EA.. as a matter of fact they announced the BF4 Beta key would be available with the limited edition of MoH:Warfighter.
2.Bioshock "4" doesnt exist. It's Bioshock Infinite, and if we're counting installments, it will be the 3rd game in the franchi...
Far cry 3 should be on this list! Amazing level of detail and exploration in that game! Hell, even though Far Cry 2 had it's issues with enemy AI, I could even see that one making the list as well... but FC3 most definitley.
