I disagree. It's likely going to sell well in the States. Everyone has this niave notion that the majority of console purchasers are educated on what they're buying. As much as the internet and generally everyone who knows the details about Xbox One hates it, the vast majority probably never even heard of E3 before, have no idea what the box really does and just associate it as "Hey, thats the new Xbox 360."

Double standards much? Lol. PS Plus is a fantastic service and a lot better than Live, yes, but its still forcing you to pay them to play games online. We don't even know how much the next-gen games are going to cost yet. You pay so much for a new game and then have to follow it up with needing to have a premium service. For everything Sony did right this is the only thing Im geniunely upset over.

Fun fact: Condoms aren't very effective in preventing ALL sexually diseases. Such as 'cock warts' as liquidhalos puts it. They don't protect against those very well. PS Plus was a surprise for me as to what a great deal it was for gamers. The fact that you lose access to the titles if you cancel the membership was a bit of a buzzkill at first but I gotta say they have really given out some great deals and fantastic 'freebies' to Plus users.
As great as it is I still hope playing online will remain free on the PS4 though. If they remove free online then Plus will feel more like a mandatory charge instead of a good deal for games.

The problem is that many consumers are buying it simply for the brand.
Comparing Xbox 360 to Xbox One isn't really fair. Sure, the Xbox One is plenty more powerful than the 360 but it isn't a gaming console primarily. It's a media hub. This isn't fanboyism, thats actually their marketing campaign. The 360 is primarily a gaming console with a bunch of other apps installed for non-gaming related things.

Gamers in general will prefer PS4. People who are informed about the Xbox One will also likely prefer the PS4.
