Interesting title considering you're "not here to talk about the ending" - its clear you're using the ending as a large flag to draw attention to the article.

Also by saying the IT is "really stupid" you're also alienation a lot of potential readers. You say you're not going to talk about it but quickly add your 2cents in on it before you continue anyway.

"I'm not here to talk about that, btw its stupid, but I am ...

Free stuff? Are you sure? I was under the impression that we just get to have play all the Hazard Maps and the final 3 character's from Retaliation were made available for unlock from the store.

We have all the hazard maps, three new characters unlocked for 'winning' in the stores 'lottery' and two new packs we can purchase from the store.

There's nothing really free because you still have to buy it all. Unless there was something I mi...

EU box arts are almost always better, imo. That's what surprises me so much about this one. I actually love it. I'm impressed. If the US boxart is this good I wonder if the EU version will still be able to top it.

At first I was shocked Mass Effect 3 ranked number 2 instead of number 1.

Then I read "For the 20-or-so hours it took me to finish Mass Effect 3, the game was a near master-piece for about 19.5 hours of this play time"

Then it became clear that the person was only focusing on the ending and not the many other problems the story had long before that happened. Have to like that despite his apparent distaste for the ending he felt it was immature for ...

While I agree that anyone who hasn't should definitely play it (the Trilogy is perfect for newcomers) I disagree with this accusation that people had 'unreal expectations'. Our expectations were what BioWare made them to be.

We were promised a conclusive story where our decisions throughout the series played an important role in shaping the outcome. Different outcomes, different endings, being rewarded and facing the repercussions of your actions throughout the se...

Lol... it almost makes Mass Effect 3's insanity trophy sound out to be difficult. Beating that game on insanity is easier than beating a match of multiplayer on gold. Honestly its a bit of a cakewalk with only one real 'challenging' part in the entire storyline.

Play again to be reminded more vividly of how little your choices matter in the end.

Unlikely that it will take place after Shepard breaths. For a number of reasons, mostly notably being that that ending is not something everyone has - some people wouldn't be able to play the DLC if they didn't destroy.

All the DLC thus far as been readily available to the player from nearly any point of the game. Not just Mass Effect 3's but going all the way back to the first Mass Effect. The DLC typically is something anyone can buy and play pretty much right a...

In tears you say? Lets see...

1. It won't change the ending.
2. It will be the last DLC.
3. Love Interest kills him/herself over your death.
4. Every squadmember dies.
5. It costs 10 dollars more than what its worth.
6. You wake up.

Lots of potential for tears. Looking forward to seeing what they're bringing up. Here's hoping the tears are for something good.

Partially related note: To every...

Decent DLC... Not worth the 15 dollar price tag though. It would be if you in the very least got a new squadmember.. but nope. Omega isnt a hub world you can visit and there is absolutely ZERO squad-dialogue. Not even Garrus, Archangel of Omega, has anything to say about it. You can't even take your squad with you. Its a lot of wasted potential. Have to like that even after you retake Omega for Aria, she stays in the Citadel bar...

I never said the majority know him for his voice talent. Only some. I'm one of them for example. When I think of Mark, I think of Joker. I'm aware he was Luke, but thats not the first image that comes to my mind. I am aware that the general public probably still remember him as Luke.

Not sure if 'gamers' in general would know him better as Joker though. He's only been in two Batman games that I can remember (though Im sure theres a NES version somewhere wa...

Interesting choice to use Joker as the picture. Since Mark Hamill is in no way sense of the word 'unexpected' when you think of Joker's voice actors. Some people know him more for being the voice of Joker than for being Luke Skywalker, even.

Stopped reading after mentioning he was "satisfied" with the ending.

Can't wait to retake Omega.

Collectors? Finally! I, and many others from BSN, have been asking for this for a long time. Can't wait.

In other news, do you think your PS3 might be dead? Before you jump to conclusions, make sure the cord is plugged into an active outlet! Stay tuned for more groundbreaking revelations. Next week: how to assign a controller number to your multiple PS3 controllers. No more second player using the first player controller! Back to you, Jim.

In a more serious note, I'd advise against leaving the PS3 controller plugged into a PC USB for too long - as in, for weeks. Always unplu...

Pretty sure he was calling the ending of the game bad, not the picture. He was saying they should remake the ending using this fanart. It was a compliment to the artist, not an insult.

They're not reading this. Use BSN.

Aria is purple, though.

EA wasn't the publisher of Mass Effect - Microsoft Game Studios was. With that in mind, its actually pretty amazing that we're seeing it on Playstation 3 at all. This is a good thing.
