We all know the only company guilty of pushing out an unfinished poorly designed product was Microsoft. They wanted a leg up by getting their product to market first. In any other business market to have an above 50% failure rate would spell...failure. The fact that Microsoft survived with a failure rate that high really is quite amazing. Not talking about game quality people, this is strictly from a hardware point of view. Anyone that disagrees with that clearly knows how to deny very f...

@Moncole

So laughtner was in control? How about the school shootings were they in control? Anyways, I see more hate and bile spewed from Republicans than any other source out there. Republicans hate gays, hate black people and don't give two cents about the middle class. How about we put a label on Republicans and the dangers of getting brain damage by listening to them "talk."

@CHADACHADA123

Did you seriously reply to my comment with that. You are joking and it sarcasm in your comment, not seriousness right? Re3, re4 and re5 all changed the game quite a bit. re3 fixed camera, re4 more action oriented with survival horror elements and ots camera, re5 was straight up action with co-op. So no, the past is not a good indication of the future since the last three games in the series went through major game play transformations. Therefore your comme...

So you've played the game. That's amazing how did you do that!

But the decision regarding Blu-Ray ushered in a new era of an entertainment medium (akin to the introduction of the audio CD or VHS) and did so at a much cheaper price than a stand alone player, which when you think about it is pretty incredible. Software is just that, something meant to run on a vast amount of different formats. Hardware is the physical property which one must own to use said software. Sony introduced a format which most people at the time did not have and it has gone on ...

Another example of how M$ screws over PC users. If M$ had release AW like originally planned on 360 and PC the game would have done much better. Instead M$ would rather try and force people to buy a 360 just to play one game. That is their mentality and you would have to offer a hell of a lot more than just one game for me to even consider investing in another machine. M$ greed = loss of revenue to original company. When will they learn? Just imagine how many more copies of GOW 2 & ...

The game will be $60, but that will only get us the privilege to put the game in our system. Anything after that will cost you $5 a pop. Want a new character, $5. Want to actually use a gun, $5. Want to unlock the opening cinematic, $5. Finally the credits will cost you another $5. Man I hate Capcom this gen.

I didn't know that E3 could be "won." It's not like if you buy one system you can't buy the competitions (funds permitting) as well. Ah..gaming "journalism" at its finest.

Curious, IGN mentions the stutter on the ps3 occasionally, but completely ignores the disc swapping on the 360. Wouldn't having to get up, go to your console and physically swapping discs break the experience just as much as a stutter? I believe that is important to mention but they failed to do so.

Don't fool yourself, the company has always cared about the bottom line and making money, it was never about purely pleasing their fans ( no company does that otherwise there would be no successful companies). Capcom use to have a nice balance of very talented people and fantastic games. They lost the talent but are ignorant enough to think they can churn out crap with the same name and think people will buy it. Unfortunately there are morons out there who are okay with this and obviou...

Why aren't there articles about Apple products and their price everyday?

So you just proved my point perfectly. People who saw the value of the PS3 and knew what they were getting compared it to the competition. Your little PC argument is cute, especially since I never mentioned them in my initial comment, but lets have some fun. Okay, A PC does do a lot more than a Ps3 and 360, does that mean that is should be the same price as the consoles? No, because you get more. Just like the ps3 gave you way more than the 360 at the time for almost the same price. Now...

I hate the price argument. In order to have a 360 as capable as a ps3 at launch it was the same freaking price. 360 had no wifi, add 100. It also cost 50 a year in online fees. The 360 was 400 when it launched. Add in the above and it comes up 50 short of what the ps3 cost. The added bonus of the ps3 was u got a blu ray player for 50 more than a 360. Also the original 360 had no hdmi, therefore it couldn't do 1080 where the ps3 could. Why do people fail to see the logic and act so...

Bayonetta really was not that difficult. Try the original DMC on Dante must die mode. That game should have absolutely made it onto the list. DMC3 was also quite challenging.

yes they do, the rental places have to buy the games before they can possess them. The developer doesn't just lend out copies for Blockbuster or Gamefly for free.

I have to disagree. Rayman multiplayer is phenomenal and a blast. Haven't had that much fun since Power Stone, seriously guys pick this game up. The SP is awesome as well.

I agree. I know gaming is expensive, I lost a 360 within 6 months bf m$ fessed up and admitted they had problems. I sold it and have not looked back. Why stick with a company that has terrible quality? Seriously people are always praising the xbox but at laucnch it didn't have wifi built in and no hdmi. As a consumer the 360 was a terrible value. In the end both systems are on par with one another, yet m$ refuses to drop their console price and it doesn't even have bluray. Pe...

@marialHelFutura

Yeah, clearly I can hold a grudge, it just really pissed me off. If I did not have a PC to play L4D1&2, The witcher series, or ME series then I would probably have broken down and bought one, but I'm fortunate enough to be able to have a decent PC. Also, how can someone disagree with a personal experience I had that is factual based?

I first bought a 360,it died before they started with the new warranty. That really rubbed me the wrong way and I have not looked back. Sure I'm sad I missed gears 2 and 3, but now that Alan Wake is coming to PC there are only two reasons to own an xbox for me and my tastes, but not enough to make me buy another one. Based on what happened to me in 06 and how Microsoft handled it, I will never again buy a first or even second Gen system from them because I learned my lesson and unfortu...
