I'd really like a PSP2 to have two analog nubs and have backward compatibility. Specifically if the nubs could be keymapped per game it'd be pure sex. I'd love to go back and play some titles that suffered awkward camera control with a keymapped analog nub.
+1. The holiday lineup was pretty sweet for the PSP. GTA: Chinatown, Jak & Daxter, AC, Gran Turismo, LBP.
Just got the new FTB3 from Gamefly. It's choice.
Dante's Inferno might end up being a pretty sweet PSP title, too. It's due in March. Hack and Slash is not Saturated on the PSP so a high quality GoW knock-off would probably be seen as a welcome title rather than a "no thanks I'll wait for GoW3" entry.
I'd also like to see Syphon Filter...
My:
PC can do this
Dell Axim 50v could do this
PSP can do this
DS can do this
WinMo Phone can do this
Our Linux and Sun workstations at work can do this.
This is news?
And I'm STOKED for BFBC2 but you N4G guys who have got yourself so beyond unrealistically hyped for this game are going to be hilarious to watch when fair and balanced reviews for this game come in and they are not all 10s.
It's a great game and the online is sweet to be sure but it's in a rapidly saturating genre and it WILL be compared to MW2 in the media whether you want it to or not and MW2 WILL outshine it in some ways... like co-op features, for example... Deal with it!
IGN sucks donkey balls. Eat it, fanboy.
The head of PixelJunk is a self-righteous ass so I never really even look at their games.
+1. It'll also be hilarious when Ubisoft claim it failed on the PC "due to piracy".
Retarded opinion blog article posted as "news". Should not have been approved.
BS. Even your example is flawed: 1+1=3 for sufficiently large values of "1".
I (heart) the way IW gets flamed when they release a patch: G*dd*mnit won't they ever get done with this game. They have to patch it cuz they made it so full of bugs and glitches! They're incompetent!
And Zipper gets nothing but love and hugs: They're so responsive, they care about fixing issues. They're committed to this game. They love us and we love them, forever and ever.
Seriously, I play and like MAG much more than MW2 but double standards are for a**holes. MAG...
The PSP Go does this already. But everyone hates it. So much for that.
I'm a huge PS3 fan and I understand why jaded/bored critics are (hearting) this thing due to its unique style but the demo completely convinced me that this game is absolutely not for me. I may not even bother to rent it. It is completely not fun for my style of play. It was like being shoved into a bad B movie with clunky ass controls. I can see how some casual gamers and people enthralled by the GFX/concept (and, yes, some fanboys) will love it.
So, I care about games and kudos...
> Maybe 20 is too steep, but perhaps they can drop the price down as the game comes down in price.<
Sure... Sony LOVES you... They want to help you with your budget... They have no history at all of screwing over their customers over a $15 CD (hello rootkit) or pricing things as high as the market can absolutely stand.
Let's just agree to a new distribution scheme that gives them total control of pricing under the premise that Sony has our best interest in mind...
Let me get this straight you retards support Sony for trying to kill the legitimate rental and used markets while simultaneously enforcing a digital distribution monopoly for a physical product because they claim it's to "stop piracy"... Never minding that the word on the net is that the pirates have already subverted it.
Supporting devs? I swear people on here act like devs are f*cking charities instead of businesses. They charge $40 for a PORTABLE game for God's sake....
The church always makes everything sound so much more awesome than it really is...
HR certainly is turning out to be a critical success. Let's see what users think, they may be more polarized.
You know, the PSP has a hellacious software library. I mean mind-blowingly good. I'm sick of people b*tching as if it needs like a new AAA title every week to be successful. It's been out for like five years now in that time an awesome array of releases has been put up. People just don't know about it.
Really, people act like it has nothing just because they go to Walmart and it does not have tons of budget priced shovelware on the shelves like the DS. A lot of the stuff it has i...
Wow... This is the first title in the last twelve months that actually makes me want to dust off my 360 and pony up for an exclusive. Keep up the good work. The delay looks like it was well worth it.
The PSP SOCOM games are the ones that are keeping the series alive for me, they rock. :) FTB3 looks like it's going to be the best one yet.
Would be massive but they would absolutely have to fund/oversee development to make sure it kicked ass, it could be a make or break/turning point IP for this generation of the hardware.
If it did kick ass it would be a system seller and free PR machine for Sony for sure.
