Depends on how much money you dumped into that PC... and more importantly, how long ago you dumped that money into that PC.
This isn't a shooter though, you're not whipping the camera around frantically. Your movement is limited to a slow walk. You could add the option to change camera angles, but at the expense of killing the game's horror element. It just isn't as creepy in third person.
P.T. spooked me more than any other piece of entertainment media I have ever come across. Making that VR would be insane...
First... if you made P.T. third person, it wouldn't be anywhere near as scary. You would be able to see what was immediately behind you, and would feel detached from the person you were controlling rather than feeling like you were actually there exploring.
I could understand third person maybe for the sequences not meant to be scary, as well as cutscenes.
Yes, but Kojima's aim was to make people have to work together to solve it. He achieved just that. Don't forget to utilize everything that came in that PS4 box... hint hint. (though, that hint alone won't get you there. you'll have to figure out where, and when to use it).
It's all about listening first, then responding... and in all the right places where you would need to do so... and at the right time. plus plenty of patience.
Playable Teaser is exclusive, Silent Hills, maybe not. We'll see. I'm sure if Sony sees enough hype build around this game (which, to be honest, the teaser alone spooked me more than any other game or film I've seen, mostly due to the seemingly random and unpredictable nature of not just the scares, but the gameplay itself, and I will be buying this day one when it launches), they'll go the negotiating table with Konami.
I think they should, it's one of t...
Not made by a studio that is owned by any publisher like EA or Ubisoft.
Mattrick definitely looks like a rat...
WilD and Ryme both have my attention just as much. I also am hyped for Drive Club simply because I've been wanting an old school NFS style racer, and this seems to fill that hole.
Kojima, in typical fashion. I've heard some say you have to be streaming, others say you have to be speaking words to the baby into your mic, some even say you have to sing to it then shout at it. I've heard others say you stand in front of the clock until you hear the first then walk 10 steps towards the bathroom and stop in front of it. I think he just put a bunch of possible scenarios in to trigger the 2-3 laughs and then you have to figure out through trial and error which one you...
From an indie studio no less. Where's all the indie haters now?
Watch the 60fps trailer... trust me.

Yes, it's exclusive. And it's also indie, just like No Man's Sky... all those indie haters out there can shove it. These kinds of games are taking far more risks than a cookie cutter FPS that is a better looking version of the same games we were playing in 2006 with new maps. They're also more technically impressive IMO. Watch the 60fps trailer and then remember this is an open world the size of Europe.
The 60fps trailer is jaw dropping.

He did clearly state that the console version was going to enable perks to be added to the PC version as well, which means Sony is probably funding some of the development for the port which is giving them the resources they need to put more time and a larger team into the game.
But it does make you less of a gamer by assuming that the word "indie" = low budget, cheap, etc.
It doesn't. In fact, some of the most technically ambitious game of this generation are indie titles. Hell, No Man's Sky is creating an entire galaxy in-game! Wild takes place on a continent the size of Europe. No AAA game has tried anything of that scale before.
All of the PS 2.0 leaked images and videos have shown folder organization. No console has MKV support, or ever has, though it would be nice. DLNA and basic MP4/AVCHD/etc. support would work fine for me.
PSNow's subscription service announcement would have been nice, Tearaway is a critically acclaimed game that deserves a PS4 version, which is by no means a port. It is its own standalone game played in different ways, some of which are not possible on Vita.
Underwhelming, huh?

So glad to see a Japanese developer react to racial outcry by asking the community, specifically those of that particular race, to give input on how the character should be.
so sad to see the gamer community making racist statements online over headsets and on message/comment boards like we're still in the 60's.
