a bit of competition. After all, when they're already in competition with ND and Santa Monica (albeit friendly) then Crytek wont worry them.
At end of the day, there's nothing wrong with competition so long as you can produce the goods to back up your claim.
GG will just get on and do what they do best - strive to create a game that that THEY feel is the best FPS experience out there.
Sony should hold a weekly draw (for each individual region) for PS+ subscribers to win a 3DTV.
I think we all would.
it has to be developed and pushed by companies with vision (no pun) and Sony can certainly be called that. Its called progress. Like any area of manufacturing, if the vision isn't pushed then we stagnate - thats why we're not all still driving around in Model T Fords. Thats why we can travel the world by jet aircraft.
I don't understand how anyone can be so negative about the oncoming mainstream advent of 3D TV / gaming.
I sure as hell can't afford to get into ...
they would be PURE PLATINUM.
Bring on Uncharted 3 !
Kick-ass SPUs
of revealing their big incoming game releases was a double-edged sword. By doing so, it had PS3 gamers hyped up for their E3 reveal.
On the other hand, it surely reduced Sony's E3 impact and would have swept everything and everyone away IF we had seen the first footage/gameplay of Killzone 3 , LBP2, Infamous 2, Motorstorm Apocalypse, etc. Problem there for Sony, is that they would also have drawn the spotlight away from Move.
Like has been mentioned in other articles/news/...
Maybe he should have gone to Specsavers :)
is that it illustrates not just the DIVERSITY of gaming that the PS3 offers, but you get it in matchless QUALITY - regardless of where your personal favourite is on that list.
Heavenly Sword, is still one of the PS3's most artistically and graphically polished games to land on the console.
Watching all those great little 'making of Heavenly Sword' pieces illustrates it's impressively high production values such as mo cap, dialogue, voice acting, cut scenes etc. So to, was its soundtrack/musical score.
Funny but the devs that most come to mind when I consider the successful mixing of these gaming 'ingredients, are Naughty Dog.
and decide to hold their own E3 early? After all their game announcements over the last few weeks, I'm expecting something of truly epic proportions when they take the stage.
if I sat and looked at that heaving ocean much longer, I swear I would get seasick ! lol. Can't even begin to imagine watching it in 3D.
does that mean that the WHOLE game is 3D enabled? Just curious. Would love to jump into the 3D new generation, but sadly, like most PS3 gamers I suspect, that's not going to happen just yet.
Anyone want to buy a kidney lol
@PS3owns360
Commiserations - been there myself last year, with my launch 60gig
wait for Kevin Butler to come back from the future. He's the guy you need to ask! lol
Kz1campaign ie small team out on a limb, against a numerically-superior force.
Just wish they could reintroduce the weapons from Killzone 1. Two of my favourite guns were Rico's badass chaingun/rocket launcher and Luger's smg.
with my launch PS3 and still one of my favourite/most played titles. Any chance of a trophy patch Sony ?
Be good to have reason to load it up again - and definitely the better game than R2 IMO.
isn't it all about personal choice and preference ? Not being so insecure about your own choices that you feel compelled to attack the 'other option' as a means of self-reassurance?
I can think of a thousand and one other important life-affecting decisions than which console I invested in.
A little acceptance , maturity and perspective goes a long way.
and I respect that
it seems room space (or lack of) could be a serious issue / drawback to Natal's success.
the first real taster of how good a PS3 title could be and look. Come on Sony, sort out a trophy patch and/or a sequel - preferably by bringing NT back into the fold as a 1st party developer.
